在教育事业全面发展的今天,如何充分发挥学生的主动作用,提高课堂教学质量,培养学生运用所学知识进行交际的能力,是摆在我们广大师生面前的重要课题。我在这几年的英语教学工作中,根据教育当前的客观要求和班级英语教学实际,大胆尝试了一种新的教学模式——“交际化”教学模式。变单一的教师“灌输式”教学为“师生共同探讨”的民主式教学。使学生在课堂真正完成对语言的实践,有利于学生个性化发展;使教学过程成为师生共同开发课程、丰富课程的过程;使教学真正成为师生富有个性化的创造过程。

一、设计的指导思想

(一)理论依据

英语是一种交际工具,英语教学的目的就是培养和发展学生使用这种交际工具的能力。这种能力是在使用当中培养,也是在使用当中检查的。因此,在课堂教学中使用英语进行交际是英语教学的核心问题,也是我们英语教师在工作中必须时刻注意和认真考虑的问题。

(二)、功能目标

“交际化”教学模式以培养学生的听说技能为主要的教学目标,为达到这一目标,需要理解和掌握基本语言知识,需要熟练掌握语言交际用语。最终让学生能够在相同或相似的交际场合,灵活运用所学的句型、用语进行口语交际。

(三)、适用范围

该模式适用于初中英语对话新授课。

二、操作程序

(一)、创设情境,导入新课

为了营造一种浓厚的英语学习气氛,我们形成了每节课前同学轮流领读单词的好习惯。每节英语课前,教室里传来朗朗的读书声,不知道的还以为老师在领读呢。长此以往,使每个学生都得以展示和锻炼,又为上新课“张不开口”扫清障碍。

另外每堂课的导入也是我们教师要深思熟虑的,导入要贴切自然,要从学生身边之事切入,让学生在复习和交际中进入新课。例如:初二(下)Unit 5的第一课时,我首先检查了上节课Unit 4 Selfcheck 2中学生自己写的作文;然后我说:“Do you know where I went,cla ?I just came back from the international sports stars museum。…”自然而然地由复习导入到了新课当中。

(二)、呈现对话,耳熟能详 在这一环节中,教师首先要清楚交代本节课要学的主要内容,让学生从宏观上把握总体知识。我们教材每个单元的Language goal就清楚的表述了每个单元的任务,我们应该好好利用。其次就是呈现对话。在呈现对话时,我认为教材Section A中的1b就是一个很好的呈现材料,由听力方式呈现给学生,可以让学生反复听或模仿跟读,锻炼学生的语感,使学生耳熟能详。

(三)、重点点拨,机械操练 在学生听懂的基础上,教师重点点拨这节课出现的重点知识,让学生在理解的基础上进行机械操练。机械操练这一环节,往往在我们的教学中被忽视,操练不到位,最容易使一部分学生掉队。因为最基本的语言形式都没掌握,还谈什么扩展、实用。要知道,听懂不等于会说,复述不等于会用,因此,就要发挥好我们教师的主导作用,通过关键词句和情景展示来帮助学生实现师生之间、生生之间的机械操练。操练要先简后繁,先易后难,要有一个铺垫和梯度。要进行适量的笔头练习,逐步让学生掌握基本的语言形式。

(四)、意义操练,扩展练习

我们知道语言操练的着眼点是语言形式,使学生在操练里掌握语言形式。而英语教学的目的是培养学生用英语进行交际的能力,而不是使学生单纯地掌握语言形式,因此我们要进行意义操练。让学生联系自己的生活实际,进行扩展练习。同样,我们要给每个学生的以展示的机会,对于那些学习比较困难的学生能做出简单的替换练习我们就要加以鼓励,树立其自信心,让他觉得自己行,学生讲出的好的句子,为了帮助学生积累知识,可以让学生建立积累档案,并在句子末尾记上这个学生的名字,以资鼓励。与此同时,教师要给学生提供大量系列材料,便于学生去发散和创造。

(五)、适度归纳,讲解答疑

每堂课的Summary基本上可以放心地交给学生来做,教师只需要作适当的补充就可以了。学生的疑问也基本由学生来回答。接下来的补充练习,我通常采用抢答的方式,让学生起来讲解,人人抢当小老师。一开始可能效果不是很理想,不好意思说或根本不知道怎样讲,但我们要在日常的教学中注重渗透。这样,课堂气氛活跃了,讲解的兴趣高涨了,交际能力自然而然地就提高了。

(六)、交际活动,活学活用

我们新教材的每个单元的Section A和Section B 的Part 4为我们提供了多种多样的交际情境,如:Survey、Invite a friend、Interview等。我通常以小组活动或全班活动的形式来展开。教师走下讲台,学生走出座位,学生可以与任何一名学生或老师用学过的语言知识进行交流,教师要加以适当的引导。同时,要做到有调查有汇报;放得开、收得拢;既热烈活泼,又井然有序。实践证明,学生很愿意投入到这些活动中去,在运用中巩固和提高,达到了活学活用的目的。

三、实现条件

(一)、对教师的要求

1、教师应该掌握学生的大致情况,包括词汇量和句型的掌握及其使用频率,学生口语和听力水平等等,以便于教师有效的引导学生进行语言交际活动。

2、教师应该吃透教材,深刻理解和体会教材中不同语言材料的内在联系,培养驾驭教材的能力。

3、教师要重视情感投资,通过自己的言行、表情传递给学生亲切、信任、鼓励等感情信息,从而培养学生的参与兴趣,激活课堂。

(二)、对学生的要求

1、树立学生的自信心,养成良好的学习习惯。特别是起始年级,尤为重要。

2、学生是学习的主人,应让学生内因起变化。在教师的引导下,积极地参与到用英语交际的活动中去,从而提高自己用英语交际的能力。初中英语情景对话课教学模式的探索

由于社会生活的信息化和经济活动的全球化,英语日益成为国际交流的重要工具。这也给我们教学提出了更高要求,我们不仅要培养学生具有语言阅读能力,而且还要具有语言交际能力。中学英语情景对话课是学生对英语进行听、说、读、写立体式训练,在轻松愉快的情景下,使语言运用真正落到实处,培养语言交际能力的一种有效的教学模式。

一、什么是英语情景对话课

情景是进行言语交际活动的必要因素。交际化的英语课堂教学需要教师充分地利用和创设情景组织课堂教学,做到教学内容情景化。英语情景对话课是指在英语教学中,创设一定的话题情景或社交活动的情景场面,通过师生互动或生生互动的语言交流活动,来实现学生语言知识的掌握、听说交际能力素质的培养及提高的目标。

二、英语情景对话课的功能目标

情景对话课以培养学生的听说技能为主要的教学目标,为这一目标,需要理解和掌握对话课中的语言知识,需要熟练交际功能用语。对话课的最终目标是在相同或相似的交际场合,灵活运用所学的句型、用语进行口语交际。

三、英语情景对话课教学模式的环节 第一环节:创设情景,导入话题 实践证明:学生只有在真正理解某个语言形式使用的情景时,才能真正掌握好该语言形式的用法。因此,在引入对话之前,得先设置情景。由于情景会直接唤起学生的兴趣,可以将学生的注意力引向语言形式所表达的意义、而不是语言形式本身;因此,情景设置是对话教学中非常重要的一环。

设置情景是为了直观呈现或介绍新的语言点或语言项目,可以利用教室里的人、景、物或利用简笔画、挂图甚至录像、VCD、电脑等现代化手段来创设。这样做,有利于使语言形式所表达的意义和使用该语言形式时的情景发生直接联系,便于学生理解和掌握。

第二环节、听力理解,想象情景

新的语言点呈现并操练后,学生对对话内容的理解障碍已经排除,此时可以进入第二阶段:放录像整体听对话。在听对话的同时,要求学生边注意听对话内容、边想象对话所表现的情景。

由于已经掌握了形容词比较级的特点,所以听力部分要求学生根据图片中的人物特点搭配形容词,学生做起来就得心应手了。在听力部分一般情况是听三次,第一次听完之后,对答案有个初步的选择,第二次就可以比较有把握地选择填下答案了,第三次一般是跟着录音机重复所听到的句子。这样做的目的不但可以让学生听到,听懂,还可以通过模仿标准的语音语调,提高自己的口语能力。第三环节、仿照情景,模仿对话

听完之后,让学生打开书读对话。读的时间要充分,让学生读熟,为后面仿照对话情景模仿对话打下基础。这是一个机械性的操练、模仿、重复、套用句型等的环节。可以让学生成组或以小组为单位分角色仿照对话内容所要求的情景读对话或表演对话。

在这一个环节,一般是要求学生先集体朗读对话,然后分组朗读,可以是男生对女生,也可以是第一,二组对第三,四组,或者是前三排对后四排这样的方式让学生充分地熟悉所学句型,最后分小小组朗读,也就是两人(同桌或者自己选择),或者one by one,以组或班的形式一个接一个地对话。这样练习的目的是让全班都能动起来,最大限度地把课本知识掌握,熟透,全班学生都有练习和表演的机会,学习英语的兴趣也就会极大地调动起来。从而也使每位学生都体会到了不同角色,不同语境的语音、语调以及语言表达习惯,为下一步交际操练奠定基础。

第四环节、创设情景,活用对话

学生学习语言形式是为了在交际中正确地运用该语言形式;学生学习对话是为了在理解对话功能的基础上在交际中更好地使用该功能。如果说以上两步属于机械性操练的话;那么,这一阶段则属于交际性操练或准交际性操练。

该环节中老师拓展交际对话情景,努力创造接近生活的轻松的课堂环境,让师生互动、生生互动的对话演绎得以实现,从而激发学生学习兴趣,增强学习英语的信心,进一步强化学生的英语交际能力。

第五环节、根据情景,练习巩固

通过以上四个环节的教学,学生的听、说、读等方面的技能都得到了训练;但是,学生所学的对话中的语言形式却应该在笔头得到进一步的练习与巩固。因此根据对话内容精心设计一些练习便显得很必要。可以设计一些能表示一定情景的练习(如补全对话、对话逻辑排序等)来巩固所学对话。

学生光会说,是不够的,因此,在听说读都巩固的前提下,我就考虑让学生能写,我一般是出一些单词,句型转换,或者让学生写作文,可以是当堂作文,或者作业的形式,根据所上的内容进行描写,比如这节课我就安排学生写两个他们最喜爱的人,通过对比的方式,让我们了解他/她是怎么样一个人,这样的作文要求简单,又切合实际,所以学生写起来就比较顺手,这样学生写的能力就得到了加强和提高。总之,对话课的主要目的是训练学生的口头表达能力与听力。在整节课的活动过程中始终应坚持听说领先,读写跟上的原则。整堂课以活动为主,充分调动全体学生的积极性,尽量使每个学生都能主动参与活动与练习。减少单个式提问,一对一的师生问答。我的原则就是上好每一节对话课,让每一个学生都“动”起来,让每一个学生都能用英语开口讲话!初中英语对话课模式初探

对话课教学模式初探

我们所使用的冀教版英语教材,每个单元都围绕一个特定的话题展开,很多课型都是对话课。使用这套教材多年了,但是感觉总是不能得心应手,原因在于总是不能改变思想,过于重视知识传授,往往重讲不重练,课上花大量时间讲语法,做练习,课堂效果不好。自从上学期教研室提出对话课高效课堂模式教研课题之后,认真阅读了一些理论知识,观摩了一些优秀课例,又在自己的课堂上进行对比试验,发现新的教学方法更能激起学生的学习兴趣,课堂效果更好。下面我就我自己的一节课例(Book3,Leon27)来谈谈体会。

我把对话课大致分为呈现目标,导入新课,操练重点句式,听力训练,练习巩固五个环节。

1、呈现目标;通过投影向学生展示目标,包括知识目标能力目标和情感目标(1)认知目标:掌握本课重点词汇、短语;能整体理解对话大意;能就该对话涉及的有关话题进行口头和笔头操练;能运用所学知识进行简单交流。(2)情感目标:引导学生树立团队意识,培养学生参与、交往、协作以及竞争等意识。(3)能力目标:通过听、说、读、写的统一操练,提高学生用电话进行英语交际的能力;培养学生独立思考的能力。

2、导入新课;一节课的效果如何,这一步骤起着很大的作用。教师通过精心设计,创造一个情景,清晰而自然地引导出新的语言点。本节课我在课前准备了一张自制地图,用彩笔绘上不同地点,让学生猜这张地图的用途。鲜艳的色彩引起学生的注意力。

3、操练重点句式,本节课重点是一些方位词的理解和使用,我先是以教室内实物,黑板作为教具,帮助学生理解top,bottom,left ,right, 在逐层深入,了解短语the bottom left corner, the top right corner ,acro form 等等,在学生熟练掌握方位词的基础上,进而拓展为句式练习,利用地图我提问题让同学集体回答比如;What’s in the top right corner? Where is the shopping center? 等等。

4、听力练习;学生对本课的重点短语、重点句式基本掌握之后就可以进行同理练习了,听录音在对话课教学中是一个不可缺少的环节,听录音不仅能训练学生的听力,而且能让学生学习和模仿正确的语音语调,感受英美国家的人在特定情景下说话的语气,进而提高其听说能力,听录音时要设计好问题,本课中我设计了两个问题;(1)Who asks the first question?(2)What’s above the bank?

5、练习巩固;此环节能充分练习学生的动手操作能力,学生活用所学知识,培养学生为进行初步交际而运用英语的能力。本节课我先让同学自制一张简易地图,然后以四人为一小组进行交流,利用本节课重点短语句式提问地图内容。教师在教师内走动为学生提供服务。本节课由浅入深,循序渐进,整堂课以活动为主,充分调动全体学生的积极性,尽量使每个学生都能主动参与活动与练习。课堂效果很好,收获颇丰。初中英语对话课课堂模式小结 七年级备课组

初中英语对话课是初中英语教学素质教育课堂教学模式的一种。对话课是每个单元的第一课,它一般分为五个基本步骤:复习,呈现,操练,练习和巩固。下面就每个步骤阐述如下:

一、复习

根据认知规律,学生对新知识是一个由感知,理解,接受,记忆,再到灵 活运用的过程。一堂课在传授新知识之前必须先把上一堂课已学知识作一个简单的复习,以把新旧知识能串连起来。在这个过程当中,教师要把上一堂课的知识要点,通过适当的形式使学生加深对知识的理解,为本堂课作好铺垫。

复习的方式可有口头与笔头两种方式。笔头可有完成句子,翻译,选择填空,等等。

二、呈现

呈现是课堂教学的核心环节之一,教师要采用多种教学方法和手段,创设

有意义的语境,把新语言知识恰当地融入到语言交谈的情境中,再现给学生,使学生在有意义的语境中首先获得对新语言知识的感性认识,然后通过启发性的问题来调动学生的积极性思维,引导学生在充分的语言材料中逐步理解新语言知识的内在联系和规律。呈现教学步骤的类型可以有以下几种:

1、使用直观教具介绍新语言

有效地使用直观教具,能给学生留下深刻的印象,能使他们更容易理解新

语言,直观教具的种类很多,如图片、简笔画、投影片、幻灯片、实物图表等。

2、以动作介绍新语言

教师用动作或面部表情来介绍新语言,可以收到较好的效果。

3、用问答的方式介绍新语言

用问答的方式创设语境,使用权学生容易身临其境,直接感受。

4、用故事介绍新语言

用故事创设语境,即能激发学生的学习兴趣,又能调动学生的积极性。

5、用录音介绍新语言

上课前,教师把录音准备好。录音材料可以是教师自己录,也可以找现成 材料。

6、用歌曲介绍新语言

让学生欣赏歌曲,在欣赏的过程中,教师自然而然地创设语境,把新语言 呈现给学生,这样能让学生对所学语言留下深刻的印象。

7、用游戏介绍新语言

做游戏,使学生在玩中学,对所学的内容产生兴趣。

三、操练

在中学英语的学习中,机械操练主要是句型操练。它的特点是教授对话,跟读、模仿、句句复述、强化操练,掌握句型。教师首先让学生听录音,要求学生一句一句地模仿跟读。接着教师抽出对话中的一些句型作句型操练。它可以是替换词型的(a single-slot substitution),也可以是句型转换的(transformation),作替换词型的操练时,教师先提供一个:I’m going to the post office。然后,教师可以向学生展示一间银行的图画,接着说 I’m going to the bank.跟着展示不同的图画:药店、公园、餐馆……。训练学生说出I’m going to the ……句型转换的操练则更加灵活,教师可以说出肯定句,训练学生说出否定句或疑问句,教师也可以说出两个句子,训练学生把它们合成一个复合句。

句型操练是训练学生掌握各种句型、句子一种行之有效的训练方式。

四、练习此项步骤是在学生经过操练这个环节之后,对所学语言材料非常熟悉的基

础上,运用所学知识要点,达到进行交际的功能。这个环节的活动不是单项的,而是新旧语言项目结合,融为一体,形成一种语篇层次上的练习。整个过程都有建立在体现交际功能的基础上。

1、经过这一步骤,使学生能够按照所学语言材料,造出类似的句子,没有明显语法错误。

2、给定一定的情景,要求学生能按照已学语言材料,两人一组或三人一组,能较流畅地编写对话并作较逼真的表演。

五、巩固

巩固是在课堂结束的时候,及时地对识记材料进行复习,以便能使学生更 加深刻地记住这一堂课所学语言内容。根据艾宾浩斯的遗忘曲线,遗忘量是随时间的递增而递增的。增加的速度是先快后慢,在识记后的短时间内遗忘特别迅速,课堂的巩固是对遗忘的有效遏制。能最大限度的使学生对识记材料的记忆,提高课堂的效率。

在巩固这一步骤,尽量地把意义的与机械的操练结合起来,并要求练习要精炼。使学生能有序地进行复习。在巩固这一过程中,一般采用笔头形式,要求教师事先设计好一些对本堂课所学内容针对性较强的练习,让学生用书面的形式写出答案。做完之后,叫一两个学生报出各自的答案,再和全班学生一起校正。最后朗读,加深记忆。在练习过程中,学生自然会暴露一些问题,这样教师就可以对学生对本堂课所学语言内容的掌握程度有较清楚的了解。对话课的主要目的是训练学生的口头表达能力与听力。在整节课的活动过程中始终应坚持听说领先,读写跟上的原则。整堂课以活动为主,充分调动全体学生的积极性,尽量使每个学生都能主动参与活动与练习。减少单个式提问,一对一的师生问答。

摘要:“对话教学”是整个初中英语教学中贯彻教学目的、培养学生口语交际能力的一个主要教学方式。怎样通过对话教学来提高学生实际运用英语的能力,达到既定的教学目的呢?

英语作为一门国际性语言,已经成为一种工具,在人们的生活和工作中起到了十分重要的作用。在对话式英语教学中,通过师生对话、生生对话、生己对话、生景对话,来培养学生运用英语进行日常交流的能力。我国中小学教育中十分重视英语语言的教学。英语语言的能力包括听、说、读、写、译,其中说的能力就是英语教学中的口语能力。学生口语能力的培养是为了加强学生的交际能力和与人合作的能力,以适应目前全球融合的国际形势。

所谓对话教学模式就是教师在课堂中将教学内容以对话的形式呈现,引导学生积极参与对话活动,在对话活动中习得英语知识,获得与人交际和交流的英语语言能力,加强了英语语言的实践性,给英语语言的应用创造了环境。

一、对话教学的原则

1.民主、平等原则――师生作为特殊的对话者展开互动交流,尽管有年龄差别,但师生之间的对话具有人格、精神上的完全平等和教育意义上的价值特点。只有师生地位平等,才有可能发生对话,也只有在平等的主体间发生的对话才有可能是真正意义上的对话。没有民主和平等,师生之间是无法对话的。

2.分层并重原则――从教学的对象来看,对话教学应该使每一个叙述者都成为平等的对话者,不同层次的学生都应该有积极性又有最大可能性地参与到对话中来。因此,教师要认识学生的独特性和差异性,平等对待每一个不同潜质的学生,为不同的学生创造不同的对话氛围和条件,从而保证每个学生都能较充分地表现自己,发展自己,为各类人才的成长发展打好坚实的基础。比如,在课堂教学中,提问是一种常见的教学策略。教师在提问时要力求一堂课不重复叫某些学生,尽可能多地让学生有发言的机会。

3.以问题为中心的原则――在对话精神的作用下,教师学生在合作的氛围中进行平等交流,坦诚沟通,互相借鉴,各自生成和建构自己的认识与知识。跟传统教学相比,对话教学主张先学后教,先思后问,先问后讲。在整个教学过程中,要改变教师问学生答的单向输出方式,把学习的主动性交给学生,使学生由被动受问者转变为主动发问者,通过师生间的互问互答方式,让学生真正成为学习的主人和自主探究者、发现者,充分调动学生的基础和潜力。对话教学就是这样通过问题的设计,借助创造性、生成性的过程,充分体现学生“自主探究”和“自主建构”的特征。

二、创造情景,激发兴趣

在英语教学过程中,教师始终以热情的态度对待学生,对教学要有强烈的激情,注意创造一种宽松和谐的课堂气氛,让学生处于一种几乎无压力的状态下,学生自然会产生对话的激情,出现活跃的思维,激发出闪光的智慧。其次,教师要适度幽默感,幽默容易渲染欢快的课堂气氛,使师生处于愉悦的气氛之中,特别是让学生感到有情趣、有意思。如果老师的幽默唤起学生的幽默,更容易引起学生的共鸣,调节课堂气氛,改变课堂教学的情景,激发出师生对话的需求和愿望,使师生处于快乐的对话教学之中。实践证明:学生只有在真正理解某个语言形式使用的情景时,才能真正掌握好该语言形式的用法。因此,在引入??话之前,得先设置情景。由于情景会直接唤起学生的兴趣,可以将学生的注意力引向语言形式所表达的意义,而不是语言形式本身;因此,情景设置是对话教学中非常重要的一环。设置情景是为了直观呈现或介绍新的语言点或语言项目,可以利用教室里的人、景、物或利用简笔画、挂图甚至录像、电脑等现代化手段来创设。这样做,有利于使语言形式所表达的意义和使用该语言形式时的情景发生直接联系,便于学生理解和掌握。

三、提供英语对话的机会,提高课堂教学的参与度

英语对话教学,不能拘于知识点的讲解,要把大量的时间放给学生,让学生主动参与学习,提高学生课堂教学的参与度。让学生在浓厚的英语学习氛围中感受学习英语的乐趣。例如,我在课堂中设置“调查对话”活动,在大屏幕上出示“调查表格”,让学生根据表格中所设置的项目,如年龄、身高、爱好、上学时间、交通工具、最喜爱的科目等等,让学生在课堂上自由选择调查对象进行调查,要求通过英语对话了解情况后完成表格的填写。这样,在“调查对话”活动中,“How old are you?”,“How tall are you?”,“What subject do you like?”,“What sports do you like?”,“What time do you go to school?”,“How do you go to school?”等对话句型得到了练习。学生一问一答,富有英语对话情趣。此外,还可以让学生扮演记者身份,向对方提问问题,进行英语对话训练。这样,学生人人都有参与的机会,并在参与中得到有效的口语锻炼。

四、利用现代媒体,激发学生英语对话的兴趣

传统的英语对话教学,以教师的讲解为主导,“教师领读,学生跟读”教学模式的单一,学生学习兴趣很难被激发出来。我在英语对话教学中注重发挥多媒体的作用,使学生全身心地投入到对话练习当中,尽可能多地为学生创设参与课堂教学活动的机会。例如:在导入新课之后,我用多媒体播放英语对话视频,让学生感受英语对话语音语调、领悟对话情境,并根据视频进行跟读练习。然后教师将视频调为静音,让学生结合视频动作给对话进行配音。在能够熟练给视频配音的基础上,让学生在小组内分角色进行对话排练,教师选出表现力较好的学生到台前表演,为其他学生作示范。初中学生具有很强的模仿能力和表现欲望,他们踊跃参与对话配音和对话表演。这样,学生可以在对话训练中充分展现自我,激发学习兴趣,在对话训练中达成了提高英语交际和表达能力的目标。

五、重视评价

教师的评价与学生口语交际能力的形成有着直接的联系,在组织口语教学活动中,应注重评价的激励功能,注重采用积极的评价方式。

1.既注重教师对学生的评价,又注重生生互评和学生的自我评价。

教师对学生给予的及时充分的肯定和鼓励可以调动学生开口说英语的积极性,树立学好英语的自信心;同伴给予的肯定能够消除学生负面评价带来的恐惧心理;学生的自我评价让学生有了充分认识和肯定自我的机会。

2.横向评价和纵向评价相结合。

对各个学生进行横向评价,有利于学生认识自己的优势与不足;同时,也要注重学生发展过程中的纵向评价,对那些英语学习有困难的学生,应采用肯定的评价,帮助他们建立自信。

总之,在英语对话教学中,教师要从激发学生英语对话的兴趣入手,采取多种教学手段和教学方法,创设情境,使学生置身于浓厚的英语对话氛围,提高他们参与课堂学习的积极性,养成良好的英语对话习惯,提高他们的英语对话水平。

本学期我们英语组以英语新课程理念为指导,在学校及县教研室的领导下,加大教研、科研力度,扎实有效地开展各项教研活动,努力营造英语教育教学的良好氛围,积极进行校本教研,组织教师参加课改理论学习和培训,并组织教师进行听课学习,以促进教师转变教学观念,促进教师整体素质和学科教学质量的提高,从而促进教师专业成长,进一步提升我组教师的英语教学理念、教学水平和教学质量,以提高我们初中英语教学的整体水平。在学校的领导下,团结奋斗,协调好各教研组之间的关系。认真学习新课标和教学大纲,结合实践科学发展观,巩固发展我组的进取精神。在去年英语中考取得成绩的基础上,为把我组的教学教研水平提高到一个新的台阶而努力奋斗。

二、工作重点

(一)教研组

本学期初中英语学科教研工作,要以课堂教学为中心,围绕规范和深化学科教学常规,通过组织教师进行课程和课改理论学习、安排公开课、建立资源库等一系列活动来促进初中英语学科教学质量的提高。

(二)各年级

1、初一要抓好小学与初中的衔接教学。

初一学生在小学阶段学了小学英语教材,基本上达到了小学英语教学的要求,但也出现了一定的分化现象,初一教师要及早摸清情况,根据我校的实际,采取切实有效的措施,抓好中小学衔接教学。在这个基础上进一步培养兴趣,强化基础,抓好起始年级的英语学习习惯。

2、初二要培优补差,强化后进生的转化工作。

课任教师对本班的后进生,要了解其思想动态、寻找致差原因,有的放矢,区别对待,耐心辅导,力求稳住和缩小两极分化程度。

3、初三教学要以本为本、以纲为纲。

在扎实认真教好课本基础知识的同时,还要挖掘潜力,查缺补漏,着力加强学法指导和能力培养。特别是要认真学习《考纲》和近几年平凉中考英语真题,注意对考试动向的信息收集和试题研究,提高毕业班教学效率。

三、工作措施

1、加强教育理论学习

本学期教研组各位老师要通过网上下载、分散学习和教研组会讨论交流等方式来学习《基础教育课程改革纲要》、《英语课程标准》、《英语课程标准解读》和《课程改革与课程评价》等有关课程改革的材料,明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的四个基本任务,特别是要认真学习和理解课程标准中的"六个基本理念",并用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学,以提高课堂教学效率。

2、做好"教学常规"的学习和实施工作。

在开学初的教研组活动中全组教师要认真学习本校的教学管理制度及常规要求,明确上课、备课、编写教案、布置作业及作业批阅中的一些具体要求,使大家从思想上重视起来。在以后的备课、上课、作业布置和批阅、辅导等各个环节中,以制度为准则,对照检查,严格执行。

3、建立初中英语教育教学资源库。

本学期教研组将通过公开课、示范课、说课、评课、优秀教案、精品试题、个人总结、年级汇总和网上收集等各种形式来汇总建立初中英语教育教学资源库。以后还要不断地向资源库添入新的内容,使资源库不断优化、不断更新,真正为我校初中英语教育教学发挥一定的作用。

4、加快信息技术学习进程。

教研组全体教师要学好电脑技术和网络技术,能熟练运用基本信息技术,从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合,为以后条件成熟后教师运用现代教学理论设计多媒体教学辅助课件打下基础。

5、撰写教育教学论文。

全组老师要通过理论学习,不断反思、探索,并联系实际积极撰写外语教育教学论文。每学期至少一篇,期末时输入资源库备案。

6、努力鞭策青年教师的成长。

青年教师是英语组的一支生力军,教研组将通过听课、评课、说课、讨论等方式促其不断成长外,还要求青年教师拜经验丰富的老教师为师,经常取经,不断提高。7、搞好教研组建设。

(1)本组共9人,初三4人,初二3人,初一2人

(2)每周四进行集体备课。

(3)教案按学校要求要环节齐全、内容充实、书写工整、有教后记。

(4)听完公开课后要在教研组会上认真进行评课,即至少提两个优点和两个缺点。要逐人逐个发言,并进行记录,形成书面材料备案。

(5)组内教师要多听课,同一年级、不同年级的教师之间通过听课可以相互借鉴、扬长避短,从而达到共同提高的目的。

(6)按照学校组织的安排,搞好新课程改革,上好课改示范课。

(7)将各种教研活动上形成的教师发言、教学观点、书面材料、试题资料等及时输入资源库。

燃气安全工作计划(三)

为进一步加强我镇燃气安全生产管理,加快建立燃气安全隐患排查治理工作长效机制,全面提升燃气从业单位的安全生产水平,严厉打击非法经营等违法违规行为,坚决消除事故隐患,杜绝燃气安全事故发生,根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《中华人民共和国消防法》、国务院《城镇燃气管理条例》、《特种设备安全监察条例》、《省燃气管理条例》等法律法规和市《关于进一步加强燃气安全监管工作的实施意见》结合我镇实际,制订燃气安全监管工作实施方案。

一、指导思想

以“科学发展观”为指导,以国家有关安全生产法律、法规为依据,树立安全发展理念,坚持“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的方针,进一步整顿和规范燃气市场经营秩序,依法履行安全监管职能,消除安全隐患,确保村居供气、用气安全。

二、目标任务

深化专项治理整顿,严厉打击非法违法行为;建立健全由政府统一领导、各部门齐抓共管、全社会共同参与的长效管理机制,实现我镇燃气安全监管工作常态化、制度化、规范化。

三、整治重点

(一)推进隐患排查治理工作长效机制的建立。落实各相关单位安全隐患排查治理的主体责任,建立和完善隐患排查治理工作制度;定期进行隐患排查,建立隐患排查治理工作台账,形成隐患排查治理长效机制。

(二)依法查处燃气企业经营中的违法违规行为。查处充装不合格钢瓶、缺斤少两、掺杂二甲醚等违规行为;查处为未取得燃气经营许可证的单位和个人提供经营性气源的行为;查处销售不合格钢瓶等违法行为。

(三)依法查取小液化气供应网点经营中的违法违规行为。取缔不符合规划、无证照小液化气供应网点;查处价格欺诈、强买强卖、违章倒灌、倒残等损害消费者利益的违规行为;查处超范围经营、擅自在未经核准场所经营、非法改装液化石油气钢瓶、超量存放实瓶等违法行为。

(四)规范宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、企事业单位等用户的燃气采购、储存和使用安全管理。查处使用不合格燃气和不合格燃烧器具、不符合安全规范的瓶库使用行为;查处不规范瓶组、擅自改装燃烧器具、液相直烧、管道瓶装气混用等违法使用燃气行为。

四、职责分工

各相关职能部门根据法律法规规定的职责,认真组织、有效开展燃气行业违法违规行为的查处。对各村居,机关各办、服务区、镇属各单位工作职责明确如下:

新河派出所、新河交警中队:负责依法查处禁行区域内未按“危险化学品道路运输车辆进入禁行区域时间、路线规定”的运输危险化学品行为;查处液化气运输超载行为;查处未取得危险化学品运输资质、擅自从事液化气运输的行为;负责危化品运输车辆的清理整治工作;规范“三车”(三轮车、电瓶三轮车、三轮摩托车)运送及其运输工具的安全管理;协助质监、行政执法中队做好对运输途中的气瓶检查工作。

村镇建设办公室:负责村居燃气行业的监督管理,做好日常检查管理工作,确保站内设备设施安全运行;加强应急救援管理,提高应对突发事件的能力。

安监中队:依法行使安全生产监督管理职权,指导、协调、监督、检查全镇燃气行业的安全生产工作,并将燃气安全纳入全镇安全生产监管工作内容。

行政执法中队:负责依法查处未取得燃气经营许可证或不按照燃气经营许可证的规定从事燃气经营活动的违法行为;依法查处经营单位和个人、燃气用户(重点宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、企事业单位)及有关单位和个人的违法行为。

消防中队:负责对宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、企事业单位等场所消防安全的监督检查,对不符合消防安全技术标准、存在消防安全隐患的提出整改意见,对严重危害公共安全的单位和经营者,报发证机关依法吊销经营许可证和工商营业执照。

工商分局:负责依法查处未取得营业执照或不按照营业执照的规定从事燃气经营活动的违法行为;在营业执照有效期内被依法吊销、撤销燃气经营许可证或者燃气经营许可证有效期届满的。

各办、服务区:将燃气安全作为安全生产工作的重要内容,负责本服务区的燃气安全监管工作,配备专兼职燃气安全管理员;开展燃气安全隐患排查,每月配合执法中队开展燃气安全隐患专项整治,重点整治宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、小液化气供应站等经营场所;负责重点单位隐患整改跟踪和督查,对治理不落实,整改不到位的,通知相关职能部门依法查处。

五、工作要求

(一)提高认识,加强领导。机关各办、服务区,镇属各单位要认真分析燃气安全生产形势和存在的问题,充分认识燃气经营违规、违法行为的危害性和安全监管工作的重要性和紧迫性,牢固树立责任意识。为加强对燃气安全监管工作的领导,镇政府成立燃气安全监管工作领导小组(组成人员名单详见附件),各办、服务区、镇属有关单位要抽调精干人员成立监管工作机构,切实加强对安全监管工作的领导。

4、做好教育科研课题的研究工作。结合新教材实验和教改实践,积极开展课题研究工作,以科研带教研,促进教学改革,提高教学质量。

5、抓好初中毕业班的教学及复习研讨工作。组织初中毕业班教师学习有关中考文件,开展好初中毕业班教学及中考复习研讨活动。

6、组织教师和学生参加中学英语方面的各项评选活动。

7、倡导读书活动,促进教师专业内涵发展。全体教师都应保持持续学习的愿望,形成浓郁的学习氛围。

8、每位教师必须开放课堂,领导、教师随时推门听课。每位教师每期听课不少于20节。

具体措施:

1、集体备课:一方面,先由执教教师作好初备设计,再由本组成员讨论,大家纷纷发表自己的看法,对初备内容进行适当增添或删减,最后形成一个合理的教案。并且在集体备课的过程中要作好研讨记录。另一方面,还要备“教学问题”。大家分别提出自己在教学中存在和遇到的问题及困惑,共同讨论,并谈谈自己的见解,以形成切实可行的解决方案。

2、研讨课:执教教师必须按照新课程的要求认真备课,采用“三段式”课堂教学模式,在上课的过程中充分调动学生学习的积极主动性,营造良好的课堂氛围。课后结合自己所上的课进行反思,总结课堂教学中存在的优点和不足,以便在今后的工作中得到进一步改进和提高。同时,本组的教师要针对所听的课进行评析,讨论,完善听课者反思。

3、专业化培训:为了提高教师的专业水平和业务素质,必须坚持终身学习。主要包括新课程样本教研的指导、远程教育资源的使用、课堂教学模式研究、小专题研究等等。每次培训,每位教师必须作好记录。

4、专题研究:本期本组仍然进行“三段式”的课堂教学模式,并以其中的第二个阶段“互动冲浪”作为研究对象。
