【教资面试】浓缩的10分钟—小学数学试讲
试讲超出规定时间、试讲时间严重不足，或者在试讲规定的时间内各部分时间分配不合理的问题，是往年教师面试考试最头疼的事情。今天，就针对面试试讲的各个环节进行分析，给出合理的时间分配建议，以便老师们在备考和试讲过程中对时间把控更加合理，收到事半功倍的效果。
一、导入环节
针对小学数学教师资格证面试考试10分钟的试讲，导入时间建议控制在2分钟以内。
通常学生在导入环节经常出现的一些失误，例如导入内容偏离了学生生活，无法激发学生的兴趣，像《垂直与平行》一节，可以用笔掉在地上的位置关系导入，也可以用08年奥运会开幕式方正，横成行，竖成列导入，前者更加贴近于小学生的生活，激趣效果更好。第二种常见的失误，导入环节做的活动和教学内容无关，仅仅激发了学生兴趣，例如上课放了一首儿歌或者一段视频，结果跟教学内容无关，也是一个失败的导入。
数与代数部分
例如《最小公倍数》这一节的导入：
师：今天我们一起做一个报数游戏，依次报数，第一次报2的倍数的同学站起来，第二次报3的倍数的同学站起来。（开始游戏）
师：在刚才的游戏中，大家有什么特别地发现吗？（学生自由发言）师：那么在这些站起来两次的同学中，大家知道为什么吗？能否找到最大的和最小的？又例如《角的分类》一节可以采用谜语，“一件东西手中握，有风不动无风动，不动无风动有风，夏季摇来乐陶陶——打—生活用品”。通过扇子打开形成的角度，从而引出角。
图形与几何部分
例如《平行四边形的面积》可以通过编个小故事，熊大熊二植树，熊大在平行四边形土地上植树，熊二在长方形土地上植树，他们各自争论都认为自己植树面积大，到底谁大呢？或者编个国王的故事，国王将自己的平行四边形和长方形的土地分给大儿子，小儿子，他们都认为自己的父亲偏心，到底有没有呢？等等都可以。通过这种编个小故事导入，这也是小学数学常见的导入之一。
对于小学数学教材，考试的时候对于数与代数部分和图形与几何部分是考查频率相对比较高的，因此这也是我们梳理和加强的重点，平时可以像这样多梳理几篇，形成自己的一个思路。剩下的是统计类的和数学广角部分，对于这两部分考查频率相对偏低一点，但是我们仍然建议考生复习和准备的时候要全面，找几篇去设计，训练这部分的内容。
统计类
例人教版新课标小学数学二年级上册第七单元内容《统计》，可以通过这种谈话的方式。
谈话：同学们，前两天咱们刚刚开了运动会，喜欢看运动会吗？咱们今天再去看一场特殊的运动会，好吗？（出示动物运动会的场景图）仔细看看这幅图，你看到了什么？
谈话：看了这幅图，你想知道什么？同学可能提出很多问题，如：有哪些动物参与了运动会，它们各有几只？有哪些竞赛项目？„„又或者创设与学生实际生活相同的情景，例如，师：同学们“六 一”儿童节就要到了，大家想去什么地方玩？（播放公园、淘气猫乐园、香陈湾游乐园的美丽景色。）生：答„„。师：刚才大家纷纷发表了自己的见解，我们只能去一个地方，怎么办呢？为了让去的地方使大多数同学满意，我们必须对大家的想法进行调查。（板书课题：统计）。老师想请同学们帮忙了解大家都愿去什么地方游玩？谁帮老师出出主意？（同学们各抒己见，发表意见和想法）师：大家开动脑筋想出了这么多的好办法，真了不起！通过这样子的贴近生活的场景进行导入。
数学广角
例如人教版新课标小学数学五年级上册第七单元第一节的内容《关植树问题》。
设计了一个游戏：我用手指示范，先伸出两个手指。问学生中间有几个间隔，在伸出三个手指，问学生中间有几个间隔，之后让学生自己伸出手指看一看，并且继续数下去，当学生数到到五个手指应该有四个间隔时，引导学生理解什么是间隔数，例如：5个手指之间有4个间隔，间隔数为4。如果把每个手指头看做一棵树呢？又或者创设情境，例如，咱们放假时间最长的节日有哪些？（春节，国庆节，五一节）那大家五一劳动节都会做什么呢？等等通过这样子的一些简单的游戏或者情境完成了这节数学广角《植树问题》的导入。
总之，针对小学数学教材，建议可以按照这几类，数与代数，图形与几何，统计类以及数学广角四大类，针对每一类各准备一到两篇试讲的导入，这样为在实际的面试过程中20分钟备考时间里设计好一篇好的导入去做一定的积累和训练。
二、新授环节
对于新授环节，这部分内容是一节课的核心环节，也是决定考生去留、对得分影响最大的一部分，建议考生花5到6分钟的时间。
通常情况下争取做到以下几点：①课程中使用的例题或者实际问题跟小朋友的日常生活相关。②在上课的过程中，多与学生互动，针对不同的课程内容争取让学生有触、摸、拼、凑、减等学生活动以及学生之间的讨论。③课程主体内容讲完以后一定要有总结，建议学生总结，其他学生补充，最后老师概括总结，切记在新授环节的总结一定是主体内容的总结。④部分课程内容可能会有易错点，针对于这部分内容，考生优先引导学生去总结，也可以用易错题去引发学生思考，又或者老师可以直接用技巧性的发问，例如：师：小朋友们，今天老师讲的内容大家都清楚了吗？学：清楚了。师：老师有几个问题不明白，小伙伴们，能不能帮一帮老师„„。
针对小学数学教材，建议可以事先分模块，数与代数，图形与几何，统计类以及数学广角四大类，针对小学数学的每一类挑一到两篇去设计新授部分，这样在实际的面试过程中20分钟备考时间里能够游刃有余地去设计好一篇课题的新授部分。
三、巩固环节
在巩固环节，建议花1分钟左右的时间，在这一环节考生可以事先去思考下，小学数学的巩固环节可以采用哪些形式。
例如，直接做练习，抢答，游戏等等，这些形式很多时候都是通用的，通过这些形式会营造一种好的课堂氛围，是可以给考生加分的。对于巩固的具体的内容，考生同样是分四类去准备，每个模块写一到两篇。考生切记，巩固环节的内容一定要和本节课的具体内容相匹配，也就是说是授课内容的一个强化。
四、小结、作业环节
针对于小结和作业环节，建议花不到1分钟的时间，对于小结环节，首先思考谁总结？大家一定要记住，一定是学生总结。最好是学生总结，其他学生补充，最后老师做概括性总结。然后思考总结些什么内容？一方面可以是内容层面的总结，也就是说总结下本节课的主要内容。另外一个方面可以是总结本节课采用哪些学习方法，对于方法层面的总结。
最后是作业，对于小学数学试讲，作业可以是课后的习题，也可以让学生回家完成跟教学内容相关的教学活动。如果能结合教学内容，通过开放性的作业，会给考生加分，这也是我们推崇和建议的地方。
总之，在整个10分钟试讲过程中，导入和新授环节应精心设计和安排，这两部分是可以出彩的地方。剩下的巩固、小结、作业环节可以事先做准备，可以分类去总结和准备，总结一些通用的模板，这样可以有效节约备课在这三个部分所花的时间，把时间集中在设计安排导入和新授环节。
