九年级英语教学工作总结
九年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年，尤其是上半年是最关键的半年，为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，在中考中取得优异的成绩，我在教学中尝试了一些教学方法，现总结如下：
一、认真搞好备课。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。
二、培养学生良好的英语学习习惯
我校的学生全是农村的，学生对学习英语的气氛不是很浓，学习自觉性较差，主要表现在以下几个方面：
1、学过的单词，老师要求背出，学生总是借口其他作业太多，没时间背，往后一拖再拖，即便能背出来，也是临时死记抢记出来的。等到其他需要的时候又忘了。
2、上过的新课，相应的配套练习，不按照老师要求自觉去独立完成，往往是边做边看书。特别是练习里的阅读和完形填空，总是不按照要求读三遍。以至于多数同学既没有答题速度，正确率也不高。
3、死记硬背的东西多，联系的东西少，因此表面上看感觉还可以，但真正一考起来，问题出来很多，而且差距很大。经过几次考试下来，问题也出来了，我任教的两个班：尖子生有几个，中等生较多，差生较少。针对以上情况，要改变这种局面，我觉的要做的事很多。
首先，要培养学生良好的学习习惯，课前多预习，课堂45分钟让学生集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不能似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的学生请教。
其次，学生学习要主次分明，主要学科课后时间分配相应的因当多一些，特别是对英语学科，因为他毕竟不是母语。基础不打好，以后想提高也难。
第三，要灵活掌握学过的知识点，学习要讲究方法，举一反三，融会贯通，只有这样，学生才能把所学的知识串联起来，不容易忘记。
总之，要让学生明白，学习英语不是一天两天的事，是要靠平时慢慢积累起来的。

三、建设高效的课堂，努力提高驾驭课堂的能力。因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学，所以上课一定要设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。为了让学生真正参入到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，老师决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。
四、加强课外辅导。英语学习是语言的学习。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持认真了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。

时间总是在充实的工作中过去得飞快。一转眼,本学期已经走过三分之二，回顾过去这几个月的英语教学工作,有收获的喜悦与甘甜,但也有挫折时的彷徨与无奈,但这些心灵的历程使得我更加热爱自己所从事的这份教育工作。为了能够查缺补漏,取人之长补已之短,以利于在今后更好地开展自己的工作,在此对这两个月教学工作作了一点总结。
本学期,我任教1
41、143班的英语。经过一个学期的学习,他们的成绩有所提高。英语是中学生的一门主课,但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥,学起来吃力,甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因,是学生对英语学习的接触面小,说练机会少,以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素,使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法。
第一、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念
学生是学习的主体,老师不能代替学生读书,代替学生感知,代替学生观察、分析、思考,代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书,自己感受事物,自己观察、分析、思考,从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”,把课堂还给学生,形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。
第二、使学生明白学习目的要学好英语,首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知,人类社会已经进入了21世纪,新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪,中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动,中华民族要腾飞,要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语,怎么去了解世界?只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来,才会对英语学习真正感兴趣,这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况,通读和节选教材,围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学,使学生对英语产生兴趣,形成学习动机。
第三、努力建立融洽的师生关系
相对来说,初中生比小学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观,正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,沟通和学生的思想感情,使自己成为学生欢迎的人。上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。
第四、严谨治学,保持良好的教态
教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行,无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识,做到爱岗敬业,学而不厌,诲人不倦,为人师表,治学严谨,还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学习有直接的影响。老师的教态好,学生就喜欢,他们听课的兴趣就高,接受知识也快。反之,学生就不喜欢,甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生,看问题开始有可独立的见解,对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时,我利用语言的轻重,语调的高低,和一定的动作表情,尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时,我的表情变得自然亲切,使促使感到老师对他们的信任,这样学生就增添了勇气,就能大胆地回答问题。第五、积极创造语言情景
八年级英语这本教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验，注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练，强调以学生为主体的有意义的语言实践活动，为教学营造了轻松愉快、积极向上的学习氛围。教材图文并茂，安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容，使英语学习变得容易而有趣。教材围绕着实用的话题，逐步开展教学内容和实践活动，符合中学生的年龄、心理特征和学习语言的规律。它强调运用任务型教学法把探究性学习引入外语学习中，使学生主动融入创造性的、有意义的整体语言学习中。所以我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲，从而提高他们的学习兴趣。在听与说中培养语言能力，在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。不足之处：目前任务型教学法是新课程理念下的创新教学法中的最重要一种，它也是交际法的发展。教师是活动的设计者，组织者，学生是交际者。在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间；知识传授比重大，语言实践不足等等。今后我积极加强自身的课程改革理论学习，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师。第六、成绩方面：经过努力，学习成绩有所提高。当然，成绩的取得，离不开同学们的努力，更离不开领导的指导和各位同事的支持。经过一个学期的努力，即将来临的期末考只是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是今后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多学习，争取进步。总之，针对英语教学，在今后的工作中我会继续努力，争取更好成绩。

本学期，我担任九年级6班的班主任工作和英语教学工作。九年级是学生整个初中阶段的重要一年，也是学校教育的一个重要的展示窗口，所以我颇感压力较大。因此，对教学工作我不敢懈怠，注重加强自身的业务素质，深入研究教法，虚心与同事交流，积极向同行学习，使学生在英语这门学科上取得了一些进步，下面把我本学期的工作做一个简单的总结:
一、深入分析学情备课，精心设计教法授课。
教学就是教与学，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。我所教的班级，同学比较沉静，差等生占较大多数，尖子生寥寥无几，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。为此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法。上课时我特别注意调动学生的积极性，想方设法令学生投入，讲解清晰，准确，条理，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机
会。同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。课后，我精心设计练习，对所学知识点进行巩固练习。由于我的课堂内容丰富、教态自然、讲课生动，而且很好的做到了难易适中，点面兼顾，自然能够吸引住学生，课堂教学效果较为成功。
二、激发学生英语学习兴趣，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯。
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，通过学习英文歌曲、猜英文谜语、做英式小游戏等加强对同学们英语兴趣的培养，以挖掘同学们学英语的内在动力，变“要我学” 为“我要学”;再就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课前多预习，课堂45分钟让学生集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲

另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。

三、辛勤的蜜蜂永远没有时间悲哀
这是我学习路上一盏指引方向的明灯，记得这句话，就不会在工作之余感觉疲惫。
我严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、早退或缺勤。因为热爱自己的事业，我会积极运用有效的时间做好自己份内的工作，从不会因为私事耽误工作。相反，在夜深人静时，经常守在电脑前构思自己的课件反倒成了我的一种习惯，因为这时的头脑才更为活跃。
四、不足和教训便是以后进步的阶梯
回首过去，有成绩更有不足。尽管每次考试总有一些学生名列前茅，但是可惜的是有个别学生有偏科现象。英语很好，其他科却不尽如人意;也有的学生总成绩很好，英语一科却还欠缺。而且，在英语学习深入的过程中，由于这样那样的原因，也出现了一小部分掉队的学生。这些都是我工作中的不足，有这些不足才有了我奋进的动力，而转化后进生是我们一直志在努力的方面。除此之外，还要注意在平常的工作中积累更多的经验，善于借鉴有经验的老师的做法和学生的想法，以便更好地为课堂教学服务。在教学过程中，不拖拉，更有效率!

第四招：概括、抽象保留原则
当选项中出现比较概括、抽象的句子时，这时我们就要把表述事实的、具体的句子划掉，而去选择表概、抽象、比较性的句子！此原则可衍生出一个包含取大的原则，在作题时应用也是十分的广泛，一般当两个选项的意思接近时，表述比较全面的一般为正确选项！
