一、指导思想

根据我校“合格加特长”的办学宗旨和“发展个性，铸就特长”的教育理念为指导，依据县教育局教研室下发《小学英语教学指导意见》和新课程标准要求，以发展孩子的个性，培养孩子的能力和学习兴趣为主旨制定本计划。

二、主要工作

在过去的一学期里，在各级领导和学校的关心重视下，我校的英语教学工作取得了一定的成绩，教师队伍建设，教师素质不断提高，英语教学质量不断提高，英语教学特色逐渐形成。但仍存在着师资紧、课时少，任务重等方面的问题，面对这些问题，就需要全体英语教师不等不靠，扎扎实实地开展工作。

1、加强理论学习，更新教师观念。

世界在不断发展变化，教育更需要不断创新，紧跟时代发展的步伐，而在这其中，教师观念的更新和素质的提高是起决定作用的。因此，本学期开展正常的教学工作之外，需要全体英语教师加大学习的力度和宽度，提高学习的质量，认真做好理论学习的记录和反思工作，努力将优秀学习成果应用到教学实践活动中。

2、落实教学常规，提高教学效益。

认真学习县教育局教学研究室下发的,《关于小学英语教学常规的要求》的指导精神，努力做到以下几点。

(1)、备课：集体备课和个人备课相结合，做到超周备课，备课内容要实际、实效、实用，切勿为备课而备课，备课时要充分考虑到所教年级学生的特点和不足，备课内容要体现《课标》要求，体现英语课堂的特点。每模块要有总备和单元备，每节课要有教学反思，教学反思要反映本节课教学的优点，创新点和不足之处，以及对不足之处的整改措施，要有目标达成情况分析以及原因分析。

(2)、作业设置和批改。

作业设置包括：三年级上学期不设书面作业，但要求有听说方面的作业。下学期三四年级每周书面作业一次，五六年级两次，另外三四年级设仿写本，五六年级设札记本，记录每模块的重点知识和手机拓展知识，每模块一次。

作业批改以等级的形式进行评价，此外设立三级评价模式，对学生的优秀作业进行鼓励，作业要有鼓励性语言。作业批改要有整改措施，及时对学生的作业进行整改和纠正。

(3)、制定并严格遵守听评课制度，及时并认真听课，认真做好听评课记录。听评课记录项目要齐全，要有点评和总评，点评要突出你对本节课个环节或某一处的见解和意见，点评要对本节课的总评情况进行评价，要有针对性，避免虚话、套话。

3、改进课堂教学，提高课堂效率。

燃气安全工作计划(三)

为进一步加强我镇燃气安全生产管理，加快建立燃气安全隐患排查治理工作长效机制，全面提升燃气从业单位的安全生产水平，严厉打击非法经营等违法违规行为，坚决消除事故隐患，杜绝燃气安全事故发生，根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《中华人民共和国消防法》、国务院《城镇燃气管理条例》、《特种设备安全监察条例》、《省燃气管理条例》等法律法规和市《关于进一步加强燃气安全监管工作的实施意见》结合我镇实际，制订燃气安全监管工作实施方案。

一、指导思想

以“科学发展观”为指导，以国家有关安全生产法律、法规为依据，树立安全发展理念，坚持“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的方针，进一步整顿和规范燃气市场经营秩序，依法履行安全监管职能，消除安全隐患，确保村居供气、用气安全。

二、目标任务

深化专项治理整顿，严厉打击非法违法行为;建立健全由政府统一领导、各部门齐抓共管、全社会共同参与的长效管理机制，实现我镇燃气安全监管工作常态化、制度化、规范化。

三、整治重点

(一)推进隐患排查治理工作长效机制的建立。落实各相关单位安全隐患排查治理的主体责任，建立和完善隐患排查治理工作制度;定期进行隐患排查，建立隐患排查治理工作台账，形成隐患排查治理长效机制。

(二)依法查处燃气企业经营中的违法违规行为。查处充装不合格钢瓶、缺斤少两、掺杂二甲醚等违规行为;查处为未取得燃气经营许可证的单位和个人提供经营性气源的行为;查处销售不合格钢瓶等违法行为。

(三)依法查取小液化气供应网点经营中的违法违规行为。取缔不符合规划、无证照小液化气供应网点;查处价格欺诈、强买强卖、违章倒灌、倒残等损害消费者利益的违规行为;查处超范围经营、擅自在未经核准场所经营、非法改装液化石油气钢瓶、超量存放实瓶等违法行为。

(四)规范宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、企事业单位等用户的燃气采购、储存和使用安全管理。查处使用不合格燃气和不合格燃烧器具、不符合安全规范的瓶库使用行为;查处不规范瓶组、擅自改装燃烧器具、液相直烧、管道瓶装气混用等违法使用燃气行为。

四、职责分工

各相关职能部门根据法律法规规定的职责，认真组织、有效开展燃气行业违法违规行为的查处。对各村居，机关各办、服务区、镇属各单位工作职责明确如下：

新河派出所、新河交警中队：负责依法查处禁行区域内未按“危险化学品道路运输车辆进入禁行区域时间、路线规定”的运输危险化学品行为;查处液化气运输超载行为;查处未取得危险化学品运输资质、擅自从事液化气运输的行为;负责危化品运输车辆的清理整治工作;规范“三车”(三轮车、电瓶三轮车、三轮摩托车)运送及其运输工具的安全管理;协助质监、行政执法中队做好对运输途中的气瓶检查工作。

村镇建设办公室：负责村居燃气行业的监督管理，做好日常检查管理工作，确保站内设备设施安全运行;加强应急救援管理，提高应对突发事件的能力。

安监中队：依法行使安全生产监督管理职权，指导、协调、监督、检查全镇燃气行业的安全生产工作，并将燃气安全纳入全镇安全生产监管工作内容。

行政执法中队：负责依法查处未取得燃气经营许可证或不按照燃气经营许可证的规定从事燃气经营活动的违法行为;依法查处经营单位和个人、燃气用户(重点宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、企事业单位)及有关单位和个人的违法行为。

消防中队：负责对宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、企事业单位等场所消防安全的监督检查，对不符合消防安全技术标准、存在消防安全隐患的提出整改意见，对严重危害公共安全的单位和经营者，报发证机关依法吊销经营许可证和工商营业执照。

工商分局：负责依法查处未取得营业执照或不按照营业执照的规定从事燃气经营活动的违法行为;在营业执照有效期内被依法吊销、撤销燃气经营许可证或者燃气经营许可证有效期届满的。

各办、服务区：将燃气安全作为安全生产工作的重要内容，负责本服务区的燃气安全监管工作，配备专兼职燃气安全管理员;开展燃气安全隐患排查，每月配合执法中队开展燃气安全隐患专项整治，重点整治宾馆、饭店、小餐饮、小液化气供应站等经营场所;负责重点单位隐患整改跟踪和督查，对治理不落实，整改不到位的，通知相关职能部门依法查处。

五、工作要求

(一)提高认识，加强领导。机关各办、服务区，镇属各单位要认真分析燃气安全生产形势和存在的问题，充分认识燃气经营违规、违法行为的危害性和安全监管工作的重要性和紧迫性，牢固树立责任意识。为加强对燃气安全监管工作的领导，镇政府成立燃气安全监管工作领导小组(组成人员名单详见附件)，各办、服务区、镇属有关单位要抽调精干人员成立监管工作机构，切实加强对安全监管工作的领导。

这一学期，在教育教学工作中，我一直坚持党的教育方针，面向整体先生，教书育人，为人师表，确立“以先生为主体”，“以造就先生自动发展”为中心的教学思维，注重先生的个性发展，注重激发先生的创造能力，造就先生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。我在思维上严于律己，热爱教育事业。时时以一个好教师的身份来束缚本人，鞭策本人，力争在思维上、工作上取得提高，失去进步，使本人能适应社会发展的需求，顺应岗位竞聘的需求。一学期来，我还踊跃参加各类学习，深刻剖析本人工作中的无余.同时，听从学校的工作安排，配合领导和老师们做好校内外的各项工作。“学海无涯，教无尽头”，作为一名教师，只要始终充电，才能维持教学的青春和活力。随着社会的发展，知识的更新，也敦促着我始终学习。所以，本学期，除了踊跃参加政管理论学习外，我还踊跃进行业务学习，进步本人的工作能力和业务素养，使本人能够更好的胜任本人的教师工作。结合课程改革利用书籍、网络，认真学习课程改革相干理论，学习别人在教育教学中好的经验、方法等。经过学习，让本人树立了先进的教学理念，也明确了今后教育教学要致力的方向。

二、学科教学工作。

在学科教学工作方面，我除了做好研讨教材、备好课、上好课批改好先生练习、作业等常规工作以外，本学年，我还做好以下几点工作。

1、以进步先生学习英语的兴味为打破口，致力进步教学品质。本学年学期以来，我在课堂上顺便注重调动先生学习英语的踊跃性和自动性，经常开展小组竞赛活动，经过给小组加分，用表扬激励等教学手段，充散发挥先生盲目学习和自动学习的优势，让先生盲目参与到课堂教学的全过程，从而优化课堂教学，进步教学品质。

2、开展以两人和四人小组互助活动，以点带面，以优带差，进步班科问题的合格率。

在课堂教学中，凡是开展自主读书或是课堂上探讨活动，我大多都是以四人小组为单位进行的，每个小组里普通都有一两个优生，这样一来，小组里的中下生，在优生的提醒和协助下，普通都能比较认真和盲目参加读书或探讨活动，从而使这些中下生在参与这些学习活动中也失去了进步，3、狠抓课堂常规的落实和班风学风的建设。

在每节课上课前，我都比较重视先生课堂常规的造就和检查，如果没有按我的要求做好课前预备工作，我普通都不急着开始上课，我宁愿不上课也要先把课堂常规落实好。经过狠抓班风学风的建设，以良好的班风学风，推进课堂教学品质的进一步进步。

三、求实创新，认真开展教学、教研工作，教育教学是咱们教师工作的首要任务。

我明白，工作再苦、再累，也不能落后，应该尽力去作好本职工作，顺便是教学工作。课前，我认真研讨教材、教参，课程标准，认真分析教材，依据教材的特点及先生的实际状况设计教案。并谦虚向有经验的老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。课堂上，我致力将所学的课程理念使用到课堂教学与教育实践中，踊跃利用近程教育资源，运用课件，运用多种教学方法，精讲精练，从先生的实际出发，留意调动先生学习的踊跃性和创造性思想，力求用活教材，实践新理念，添加课堂教学的吸引力，加强先生学习的兴味和学习自动性。力求让我的数学教学更具特征，构成本人独具风格的教学模式，更好地表现素质教育的要求，进步教学品质。总之，不管在课堂教学中，还是在课外辅导中，我都以造就先生能力，进步先生的问题与素质为指标，力求让数学教学对先生的成长和发展起到更大的作用。

四、增强反思，及时总结教学得失。

反思本学期的工作，在取得问题的同时，也在思量着本人在工作中的无余。无余有以下几点：

1、对数学教学的理论学习还不够深入，需求进行反思，教学程度进步速度缓慢。

2、教育科研在教学实践中的使用还不到位，钻研做得不够细和实，没达到本人心中的指标。

3、英语教学中有特征、有创意的东西还不够多，今后还要致力找出一些本人在教学的特征点。

4、工作的踊跃性不够高，自动性不够强，有惰性思维。这也有待于今后工作中的进一步改正和增强。

经过以上几个方面的致力，我所负责的五年级英语，在第一学期的期末考试中取得了比较满意的问题，教学品质也达到了学校的基本要求。

因此，在当前的教育教学工作中，我将继续以先生为本，针对不同层次的先生，采用不同的教育教学方法，因材施教;继续遵照"以先生为主体、教师为主导"的教育教学准则，限制地发挥先生学习的自动性和踊跃性，运用各种教学手段，激励先生踊跃、自动参与课堂教学的全过程，以全面进步教育教学的品质和效率。

小学英语工作总结篇五

随着新课程改革的全面推进，我们学校的英语教学工作，得到了学校领导的高度重视和大力支持，这使我们对自身工作也有了更高的认识和定位。为此我们提出了这样一个工作总要求，即“以整体推进基础教育课程改革为中心，以课题研究为主线，以深化课堂教学为重点，奋力拼搏，开拓进取，切实提高教科研工作水平，努力为我校全面实施素质教育服务”。在具体的工作中，我们重点抓好以下几个方面：

一、注重理论学习，提高教育教学水平

只有不断地提高教师自身文化素质和理论水平，才能更好地为教学服务。本学期，结合我校英语教学的实际状况，我组教师认真学习相关的教育文件、教学理论如《新课程标准》等。透过学习，大家明确了新课程改革的主要目标，增强了课程改革的职责感和紧迫感，从学生的学习兴趣，生活经验和认知水平出发，组织课堂教学，并倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，产生了较好的效果。

十月底，教研组组织本组教师学习《英语新课程标准》，并在此基础上，根据新课程标准的要求群众备课，并且每人上一节公开课。在备课―上课―评课活动中，大家互相帮忙，取长补短，努力提高40分钟的课堂教学效率。在此基础上，不断创新教学手段，尝试运用现代化教学技术优化课堂教学，优化学生学习方式，致力于学生“自主、合作、探究”潜力的培养，让学生成为学习的主人，促进学生在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感与态度价值观等方面全面和谐的发展，取得多方面的进步。

二、强化常规要求，规范教学工作

全组老师遵照教学常规要求，规范自己的教学工作，大家认真分析新课程标准与原教学大纲的区别，进一步明确了各个年级的英语教学目的、任务以及要求，从宏观上把握各个年级的知识脉络。低年级着重学习习惯的培养。中年级在此基础上，加强学生书写习惯的的指导和培养。高年级则注重读书读写的培养和综合潜力的提高。在复习过程中，注意查漏补缺，引导学生从横向、纵向两方面进行知识结构的梳理，同时重点培养学生在潜力题方面的创新思维和考试心理的稳定，在教学中根据各班学生的实际状况，灵活调整，结合英语教学的特点，个别辅导的契机，切实提高学生的英语学习、运用潜力。此外，我们鼓励学生在校内、校外主动地接触英语，并且利用多媒体教学资源帮忙学生学习英语以及了解英语国家的文化，从而培养他们对英语的爱好和兴趣。

三、落实各年级教学目标。

三年级是起始年级，学生都是“一张白纸”，对于课堂用语，学习习惯等都无从入手，因此，教师的引导就显得尤其的重要，我们共同认真钻研教材，以趣味性为主旨，逐步构成了本组的特色――课堂容量丰富、学生听课习惯好，兴趣浓。

四年级以激发学生学习兴趣，调动学生主动性为出发点，充分利用网络资源，侧重加强学生的听说训练。

五年级侧重于中、高年级衔接教学的研究，及学生对语法知识灵活运用潜力的培养。

六年级的任务最重，难度。首先从对学生阅读技巧的培养和解题思维的训练入手，层层推进，逐步引导，一学期下来取得了不俗的成绩。

在教研活动中，各年级都能进行认真讨论，相互交流沟通，针对自己在教育教学中的问题和困惑各抒己见、畅所欲言。这种教学经验的交流、思维火花的碰撞既促进了大家教学水平的提高，也大大增强了本组教师的凝聚力。同时，也顺应了新时期的教育要求，使大家走上了教学研究之路，创设了和谐浓厚的科研氛围。

为了能更好地提高英语教学质量，我们针对学生在英语学习过程中存在的实际状况，统一单元试卷、习题练习，做到把握教材和教学目标的统一，发现问题及时补救，根据教学大纲的要求，教师首先做到课课通、单元清，随时为学生答疑解惑，为提高教学质量带给保障。

四、抓好公开课教学，努力提高教学潜力

课堂教学是教学工作的主阵地，提高课堂教学的实效性、培养学生学习兴趣、提高学生学习成绩是我们的最终目的。为此，本学期，我组共安排公开课4次，其中“随堂课”3次、示范课1次、与异校交流活动，展示课1次，在组内构成了“比、赶、学”的良好氛围。大家在用心学习教学理论的同时，苦练教学基本功，从课堂教学的组织、方法的优化，情境的创设等方面相互勉励，共同进步。我们还经常进行“说课――群众备课――上课――群众评课”活动，让讲课老师能“一课一得”：发现自己课中特色的地方，找出自己在教学中存在的不足之处，虚心理解听课老师提出的意见和推荐，不断改善教学方法，努力提高教学质量。透过这些活动，我们取长补短，探讨教学得失，有力地促进了教师业务潜力的提高。

同时，我组教师十分重视自身教学潜力及教学素质的提高，用心撰写教研论文。

五、下一步工作设想：

1.扎扎实实深入开展校本教研。

2.用心探索高年级英语阅读教学的思路。

3.努力探索英语群众备课的方式。

4.多渠道、多形式提高教师素质，逐步构成专业素质较高的教师群体。

5、加强六年级英语教学的研讨，努力提高毕业班的英语成绩。

回首20x年，忙忙碌碌，却也脚踏实地，忙碌中感觉踏实，辛苦中留下回味，不断激励我们奋进，勤勉播种了收获。如果说过去的一年里面，我们在工作中取得一点进步，这和领导的信任、鼓励和支持分不开，今后的工作还等待着我们去思考、去探索、去实践。在新的一年里，我组要以崭新的精神面貌，创新的工作思路，踏实的教研作风去迎接全新的挑战。
