参加教师招聘面试时，许多应聘者对大的环节非常重视，也做得很好，但是往往忽视一些细节性的问题，导致了一些不应该的失分。
1.个人形象
有的考生很不注意着装打扮，比如女选手穿着短袖，里面穿着小背心，但是短袖的扣子一个也不系，下身穿一紧身牛仔裤，脚穿运动鞋，走路也不稳重，第一印象就吃亏了。有的考生头发太长，盖住了半边脸，说话的时候，头一甩一甩的，也让人看起来心生烦意，总想给她一个发卡把头发归拢一下。有的女考生穿的衣服太低胸，与教师的身份不合。还有一些是举止细节，比如个别考生喜欢不时舔嘴唇，让人很不舒服。
2.心理素质
有的考生由于太过紧张，进了考场，听不清考试的要求。比如在开始之前，评委告诉他面试时间有20分钟，最后两分钟会有提示员提示。考生抽题后，评委说：“你可以直接答题，也可以思考以后再回答。你听明白了吗?”但是不少考生只听见“你可以直接答题”，而没有听见“你也可以思考以后再回答”，便说“我明白”，然后就开始结结巴巴地读题答题，完全没有条理，并且语无伦次，语言组织不到位。也有一部分选手很放松，听清每一句要求，然后略加准备，回11

答的有条不紊，虽然有些语言不够严密，但是起码他知道他应该做什么。还有个别考生以为要把20分钟全部用完，一直在那里东拼西凑，反反复复，决心要把时间用完，前面都做的很好，但是由于他的误解，也影响到评委的打分。
3.面试技巧
一定要放松，不要紧张，尤其是面部表情要放松，不要紧绷着脸，最好能有个微笑，你不微笑评委是不会主动冲你微笑的。你微笑了，评委受你的感染，也觉得很轻松。如果考生紧张的要命，评委也会处于一种紧张状态，不知道你下一步会不会出现其他的失误，所以都会盯着你，让你更紧张。有的考生到处看，看天花板，看窗外，看桌子，就是不看评委，脚在下面搓来搓去，让看见他的人都为他紧张。
4.勇敢自信
评委在评分的时候，主要是看考生的基本素质，是不是自信大方，是不是有操控课堂的能力，是不是敢于面对观众。有实际教学经验的考生，往往会条理清楚，落落大方，仪态举止很自然，那些没有实际工作经验的考生，则会稍逊一筹。因此，如果有机会，准备参加面试的考生一定要登台说课或讲课。有了亲身的体验，面试就会有足够的底气。

5.说话要求
①一定要用普通话。如果您一开口就是乡土话，那么您在这时已经被pa了。因为普通话是教师的基本功。普通话要标准，咬清晰，特别是对于语文科目。
②音量适当。不要认为自己对着的是几名专家，要把他们想象成一个大班的孩子。抽签排序靠后的考生，音量要适度增大，因为专家们听了一天或半天的课，可能有些困倦了，适度较大的音量会有更好的效果。
③语调要抑扬顿挫。要有轻重音之别，有节奏性。不要有口头禅，如“这个”、“是吧”、“对吧”、“啊”等。
④语速不能太快。有些应聘者可能太紧张，一上台就开始滔滔不绝地讲，飞快的讲。好像赶任务一样。结果十几分钟过去后，他自己都不知道说了些什么，评委也没听明白什么。所以语速要尽量慢一点，也可以缓和一下紧张的心情。
