一、基本情况
本学期我继续担任去年所教两个班的英语教学工作，这两个班级聪明活泼、勤奋好学，这些学生曾在小学三年级的时候初步接触了英语，但仍有少数学生对英语缺乏兴趣，虽然在七、八年级时有意识地培养他们的兴趣，效果仍不理想。
二、教材分析
我们使用的是《仁爱版英语》，由北京市仁爱教育研究出版社于2002年3月依据《英语课程标准》在教育部成功立项，依据《英语课程标准》编写，它起点低，循序渐进，方便初学者培养英语学习兴趣，从而很快进入英语学习的状态。三年六册学完后，均可达到《英语课程标准》之要求——五级水平，可以与任何版本的高中课程英语教材衔接使用。本册教材具有以下几个特点：
1、注重学生语言运用能力的培养，突出语言的实践性和交际性，同时也突出语言的真实性和实用性。如：阅读内容题材新颖，语言鲜活，能够激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣。通过阅读训练，提高学生的英语理解能力和语言运用能力。培养学生根据不同的阅读任务，运用适宜的阅读策略获取信息的本领。
2、注重注重教材的灵活性和可操作性。图文并茂，轻松活泼地呈现教学内容，把语言学习和实际生活结合起来，增强学生的听说能力。形式多样的写作练习，既能培养学生的想象力，又能提高学生的写作技巧。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上，开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识，提高学生的语言技能。
3、为学生提供良好的英语学习环境，帮助学生拓展自我发展的空间。了解英语交际中常用的体态语，鼓励学生借助手势、表情等非语言手段来提高交际效果，从而培养学生的文化意识和跨文化交际的能力。
4、注重中外文化的双向交流，为满足不同层次的学生的需求，使学生通过学习，自学能力和学习策略得到培养，为学生的进一步学习或终身学习奠定基础，培养未来跨文化交际所需要的能力。
5、注重融合学科内容，加强学科之间的整合和渗透，让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。结合贴进生活的图片学习目标语言，使学生能在现实中的不同场合运用所学到的评议知识。
三、教学重难点突破
本册教材内容的重点是语法归类，如：现在完成时、直接引语和间接引语、被动语态等，难点也是语法和基本句型，这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中及时强化和总结，呈现图文并茂的教学内容，把语言学习和实际生活结合起来，增强学生的听说能力；并通过开展各种任务性活动，巩固所学的知识。鼓励学生通过思考、体验、参与、合作等方式来学习，增强学生独立思考的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的能力。
利用教材形式多样的写作练习，既能培养学生的想象力，又能提高学生的写作技巧。并及时总结语法和日常用语，巩固所学语言知识；同时注重学生学习兴趣的培养，以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的认
识，由感情上升到理性。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上，开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识，提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、掌握和运用的目的，最终形成语言技能。
四、教学方法与措施：
1、认真备课，钻研教材；认真“备”学生；抓紧课堂教学，根据教材的“以康康等四个小主人公相识、相知、成长、学习、生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终，生活气息浓厚。每个模块由单元——话题——功能——任务构成。”特点，落实好每一个语言知识点，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。
2、运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学，师生多用英语交流，有目的地进行口语交际训练。。
3、在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。
4、多为学生营造一些学习氛围，在“学中用，用中学”，如：创设英语角等等。
5、要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。
6、多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看英语书籍。

九年级（仁爱）英语试卷分析
一、试卷特点
试卷紧扣新的教学大纲的要求着重考察了学生的基础知识以及在掌握知识的同时对基础知识的运用。试卷着重考查九年级所学的重点，没有偏题。试卷总体感觉难，但是从学生角度反应出试题具有较大的迷惑性，要求学生能够排除干扰因素，并且注意知识细节。
二、试卷命题的特点及学生存在的问题
1.单项选择题。本题共有15小题21-35，大部分题目不是孤立地考语法知识，而是将他们放在特定的语境中，学生必须看懂题干的全部内容以后，经过思考方能选出正确答案。
2.完型填空。难度适中，文章很容易读懂，但学生得分率并不高。这篇文章着重考查学生的基础知识，但学生只是凭感觉做题，不利用所指导的技巧去分析题目。今后要继续加以指导，使学生养成良好的做题习惯。
3.阅读理解。共有四篇，所选的答题大体都能一目了然，学生做对率很高。但这四篇考查细节和对全文的整体把握的题目比较多，学生出错特别多。第四篇较难，短文出现的生词多，而且作为考察的重点，失分较多，是整套试卷失分最多的题。
4.短文填空。考察学生对所学词汇的灵活运用能力，题目难度适中，但由于学生对该题型练习较少，缺乏相应的解题技巧，学生出错率也比较高，提醒我们今后要加强这方面的训练，是学生能够适应该
1 题型的考查方式。
5.补全对话。本次考试的补全对话选自前几年的中考试卷，话题贴近学生的生活，难易程度适中，不偏不怪，大多数学生均能答对四道以上，但最后一问答错的学生较多，说明今后也要注意对学生进行这一方面的指导训练。
5.书面表达。明显检查学生运用语言能力，大部分学生用汉语的思路来写作，以至不能正确表达意思，从中反映了学生句子结构还不熟练，语言表达能力弱，语法错误多的缺点。
三、学情分析
通过整体的分析，反映了学生在复习中，基本上能领会课堂的要点要求，一些知识点在堂上反复出现的，掌握得较牢固，但是运用这些知识去解决实际问题的能力较差，这与课后的练习有关，说明了部分学生对课后的练习作业不够重视、缺乏主动性，而且，解题的依赖性强，缺乏独立的思考能力，另外，对于一些相关的词汇，语法知识和句子的构成，学生的遗忘率也很高。
四、今后的教学措施
针对目前学生状况，要提高成绩，首先要端正学生思想态度，在保证课堂质量的同时，一定要确保课后的“自我消化”环节，尤其是中上层学生，只有通过练才能达到知识的巩固、才能学会灵活运用、才能发现问题，查漏补缺、才能培养独立的解题能力。结合实际，我们的具体计划：
第一、加强听力方面的练习，在有可能的情况下多给学生开展听
2 力训练。平时组织学生定期训练，真正提高学生的听力水平。
第二、强化单词的记忆，并结合目前的情况，对优生及中上等的注意培养他们对一些多义词、兼类词的实际运用能力，提高他们基础题的解题水平。
第三、抓好语法的分类复习，在此过程中，就当前所暴露出来的弱点开展进行，通过分析试题，教会学生学会归纳知识并如何把识记的内容用于实践中，第四、完形填空及阅读理解部分，平时应加强训练同学们的答题速度及答题质量。有针对性地组织学生组织阅读训练。
第五、争取改变学生凭感觉做动词填空的方式。通过时态，语态，固定用法等培养学生动词填空的能力。
第六、书面表达是一个薄弱环节，主要是学生组句的能力差，语法漏洞多，不会审题的原因，所以在以后要重视对作文的评讲及优秀范文的分析。

本课处于仁爱英语九年级（上）Unit4 Amazing Science Topic1 Spaceships Are Mainly Controlled By Computers第四课时，话题主要围绕谈论神舟五号和嫦娥一号进而涉及到电脑在航天中的应用。本话题从令人关注的神五入手，贴近生活，时代感强。然后，由飞船的成功运行联想到电脑科技，最后，由电子邮件的发送与接收回到电脑的应用的实际生活中。教学中本着整合教材的精神，把本课的内容顺序进行调整，使之浑然成为一个整体，因为学生在学习本课前已经学习并掌握了部分关于谈论电脑科技的的句型，所以，教材的要求与学生现有的水平相一致。通过本课的学习，学生对祖国的科技有了更深的了解。更乐于接触现代科技:电脑、太空知识，口语表达能力和书面表达能力都会有所提高。学生分析：

九年级上学期英语教学工作计划
为全面提高自己的教育教学能力和个人专业素养，成为一名德才兼备、富有科学理论和创新能力的英语教师，并能适应新世纪教育发展的需要，实现促进教育质量和办学水平全面提高的目的，在本学期制订教学计划，且能充分利用进行教学。
一、教材情况分析
教学教材是由国家免费提供的“义务教育教科书，北京市仁爱教育研究所编著，2014年7月第一版，2015年7月第13次印刷，这套教材零起点，针对性强;，体例，体系新颖，以Kang kang, Michael, Maria等四位主人公相识，相知，成长，生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终，生活气息浓厚，所学内容符合学生实际需要。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A，B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的语训练，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。C部分是语言学习的补充，单元语法的再现，结合练习训练。D部分是写作部分，根据单元所学的内容，完成相关话题的作文。我认为，这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的，单词量大，学生学起来的确有些吃力。尽管如此，我必须知难而上，为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。本学期英语教学内容为一册，共4个单元12个话题，具体教学内容包括： 词汇：识记、理解、掌握书中的所有单词，熟练应用重点单词和短语，复习初中前5册中的所有单词。
重点1.语法：掌握８种时态，一般现在时,一般过去时,一般将来时,现在进行时,过去进行时,现在完成时,过去完成时和过去将来时。了解部分构词法，掌握英语的基本句子结构：五种简单句，并列句，复合句（状语从句及定语从句）。重点2.阅读：主要训练学生根据问题找细节的能力。然后根据不同同学的水平，再分层次阅读文章。在阅读过程中针对长句子（复合句及含有多个从句的复合句）要教给学生分析句子结构的能力。
难点1.写作：书面表达是中考中失分最大的题目，所以对于大多数同学，先落实平时训练，要求学生注意主、谓、宾的基本结构及时态。并多做一些连字成句、连句成篇的训练。培养学生好的书写习惯，如大小写，标点等。
二、学生情况分析
本学期我担任九年级九
（四）和九
（五）两班英语教学工作。两班共有120人。在八年级学段已经掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能。另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣，让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流，大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性，不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。
三、确定教学目标
1.总体目标：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心。在整个教学过程中，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力，积累学习方法。
2.具体目标：结合学生英语基础较差的实际，在教学刚开始的阶段，注意和七年级知识的衔接，例如复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型，熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则，掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后，学生能培养学习的兴趣，养成较好的学习习惯，对基础知识有一定的掌握。
四、教学指导思想
以校领导对英语工作的要求为指导，以“抓常规、创氛围、辅学困、搭舞台、抓速成”的方针为主线，以全面提高英语教育教学质量为目标。突出两个侧重，即侧重隐性效应，即苦练内功，转差培优。进一步创设我校的英语特色教育，在全校创造浓厚的英语氛围，使英语教学工作不断推向深入，为我校英语成绩的提档升级而努力奋斗！
五、教学应采取措施
1、要求学生坚持记单词，这是学习英语的根本。2.、每天听写课文中的单词。要求学生多记单词，3、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业。
4、培养学习兴趣，引导学生掌握正确的学习方法，提高学习效率。
5、发挥学生主体和教师主导作用。
6、营造良好的课堂气氛，培养学生开口说英语的勇气和信心。
7、引导学生实现语言的迁移，加强日常生活中英语口语的运用。
8、鼓励学生自主探索，合用探究，共同提高。
9、加强听力训练。
10、认真备课，钻研教材。
11、运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学，师生多用英语交流。
12、在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。
13、多为学生营造一些学习氛围，在“学中用，用中学”，如：创设英语角等等。
14、要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。
15、多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看英语书籍。
