三、反思

在本次微格教学中,我做的是我设计的阅读课的第1部分的Step1+2+3和第2部分的Step1+2+3。这一部分的主要教学活动有课程导入,词汇呈现,阅读文章掌握大概内容,并理解大意,目的是通过介绍新加坡作为一个旅游地,打开学生的视野。

在这一部分里,我做得比较好的是与同学们的互动积极,反馈及时。我的不足主要有一下几点:教学活动设计不够细致;教师话语不够言简意赅,下达任务不够明确;未能灵活运用教学策略。

下面我针对这次微格教学中我最突出的问题做反思:

由于使用的教师话语中,下达任务的指令不够明确,导致学生不清楚自己的任务,或者完成任务的成果不明显。第一,浪费了宝贵的教学时间,第二,不利于学生提高学习效率。

出现问题的原因分析

课前对教师话语的准备不够充分。本身对教学活动的理解不够全面具体细致。

首先,加强对任务下达指令的话语的钻研,对于教学活动和课上同学的反馈多多琢磨,用心思考。其次,在课前对于自己的教师话语进行更多润色,对于课堂上学生的反应做出预判并思考反馈技巧与教学策略。最后,不断提升自己的教学策略,努力积累教学经验,钻研专业知识。
