三、反思
在本次微格教学中，我做的是我设计的阅读课的第1部分的Step1+2+3和第2部分的Step1+2+3。这一部分的主要教学活动有课程导入，词汇呈现，阅读文章掌握大概内容，并理解大意，目的是通过介绍新加坡作为一个旅游地，打开学生的视野。
在这一部分里，我做得比较好的是与同学们的互动积极，反馈及时。我的不足主要有一下几点：教学活动设计不够细致；教师话语不够言简意赅，下达任务不够明确；未能灵活运用教学策略。
下面我针对这次微格教学中我最突出的问题做反思：

主要问题：

2. 问题产生的过程及对学生造成的影响
由于使用的教师话语中，下达任务的指令不够明确，导致学生不清楚自己的任务，或者完成任务的成果不明显。第一，浪费了宝贵的教学时间，第二，不利于学生提高学习效率。

出现问题的原因分析
课前对教师话语的准备不够充分。本身对教学活动的理解不够全面具体细致。

解决问题的方法
（提出具体可行的修正措施，包括教学行为修正和教学话语的修正）
首先，加强对任务下达指令的话语的钻研，对于教学活动和课上同学的反馈多多琢磨，用心思考。其次，在课前对于自己的教师话语进行更多润色，对于课堂上学生的反应做出预判并思考反馈技巧与教学策略。最后，不断提升自己的教学策略，努力积累教学经验，钻研专业知识。
