《what’s this?》教学设计

[教学内容]

《what’s this》是外研社出版,小学新标准英语三年级起点,第一册第六模块第二单元的教学内容。术课教学内容是第1单元的延续,主题仍然是与物品有关系的,本节课继续学习如何询问识别物品.[教学观点与思路]

《英语课程标准》提出,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神是小学英语教学的基本任务,特别是对于刚接触英语的小学生,保持他们学习英语的兴趣至关重要。因此,本节课的英语教学强调培养学生学习英语的兴趣,在教学过程中始终体现学用结合、学以致用的原则,通过创设英语教学情境,设计生动、有趣,符合学生年龄特点的教学活动和游戏,循序渐进,让学生积极参与到各种游戏和教学活动中,学习语言,习得语言,让学生能运用所学语言进行交流,培养他们合作学习和团结协作的精神,有效提高课堂效率。本节课并整合其它学科教学,教育他们从小就应富有爱心和同情心,懂得从小关心别人、帮助别人。[教学目标] 1.学习目标语句:

What’s this?

What’s that?

单词:bag , pencil , pen , book 2.以口头运用 What’s this?这类语句询问物品,能用It’s a book /pen /pencil.回答这种询问。3.能在图片提示下识别单词bag , pencil ,pen ,book.4.学习本课的韵句,这项内容不作要求,让学生根据自己的情况选择学习与掌握。

一、warm-up(热身活动)1.说唱

Blue blue ,天空的颜色是blue; Red red ,国旗的颜色是red;

Yellow yellow,香蕉的颜色是yellow; Green green ,小草的颜色是green; Black black ,黑板的颜色是black。

(这个chant 不仅复习学过的单词,还激发学生学习的积极性,为下文的教学作了很好的铺垫。)2.课文导入

教师在教室里四处走动,指向教室里的物品,向学生提问,如指向椅子,问:What’s this?学生答:It’s a chair, what colour is it? It’s green.指向后面的门向学生提问:What’s that?引导学生用It’s a yellow door.回答,让学生说说“this”和”that”的区别。(教师通过比较,让学生自己发现不同点和相同点,自己总结句型的用法,这样,学生通过比较,观察,自己获得知识,学得更快,记得更牢。)

二、Presentention (介绍语言项目)

1.“魔法包”游戏,教学单词pen、pencil。 教师拿出一个魔法包,用手拿魔法包外有实物的一角,用“What’s this?”提问,引导学生猜测,教师用这个游戏进行“pen ”单词的教学。教学单词pen ,范读、跟读、小组读、全班开火车读。

教学单词pencil ,方法同上,并让学生通过观察单词卡片,说过pen和pencil的区别,并板书pen和pencil.2.教学单词bag、book

教师出示书包和书,让其他学生学习bag和book,各种形式朗读单词,并板书bag和book.3.读pen、pencil、bag、book的单词卡片。 4.“What’s miing”的游戏,认读单词卡片。

5.游戏:师把pen、pencil、bag、book四个单词板书在黑板上形式十字形,师读单词,学生拍手比出单词的位置并跟读单词。 6.课文句型的教学。

1课件出示活动1听第一遍,问:故事中的人物针对哪些物品提出了哪些问题,听后,指名学生上前指着课件提出问题,请其他同学回答。2学生听课件跟读

三、Practice(练习)

1、SB Unit 2 活动3

1师让学生拿出身边的学习用品用what’s this? 提问,引导学生回答:it’s a red pen 等句子。2小组练习

3指名几个同学到讲台前表演这个练习。

四、Production(任务完成)

1、练习SB Unit 2 活动4的一首chant,并鼓励学生也自己改编及创作chant,把“book、bag”也用上去,并朗诵出来。

2、爱心募捐活动

创设一个仿真的为灾区小朋友捐赠学习用品的情景,学生用“this is my….”说出自已捐赠的物品。

2、了解天气并根据天气准备自己的周末计划。

当别人向你询问天气时,能够简单描述天气。

Step 1.Warming up 1.师生问好

2.全班一齐唱Let’s sing部分的歌曲。(课件展示Let’s sing的歌曲学生跟唱2)Step 2.Presentation 通过游戏和图画激起兴趣。

1.情景介绍灰太狼解救小灰灰(课件展示3,4,5)教学单词map(师读,听读,生读)

2.从箱里露出ball,car,boat和map的一小部分,呈现这些实物,请学生猜测并教读单词。

3.游戏。教师先用一张纸盖住五张图片,再快速拿走所盖的纸,然后盖上。教师奖励第一个举手说出这个单词的学生;把五张图片放在一个信封或口袋里,慢慢拿出来,一次只请学生看图的一部分,奖励班里第一个说出这个单词的学生。4.完成Let’s do。

教师指着单词图片提问:We can do a lot with these things.What can we do when we are in a boat?…完整播放录音一次病提问,请学生回答。学生跟读录音,注意语音语调,并跟着教师做动作。学生自己边做动作边说。小组练习并展示。5.语篇听力练习。介绍情景发生的背景,引导学生理解画面意义。教师播放录音,帮助学生理解对话。引导学生回答问题:What is Zoom looking for?Where is the boat?Is it in the toy box?在学生听录音,跟着录音朗读。全班朗读对话。角色扮演。小组练习并展示。

6.游戏。每组派一位选手背对身去,将本课的ball,car,boat,map四件物品实物分给每组一个,请他们藏好,然后请那位学生转过身去猜物品在哪里,每个人只能猜三次。Step 3 Practice 1.教师出示五张单词卡片,学生以小组形式进行讨论,配对单词和图片。请五个学生在黑板上完成配对。

2.最佳搭档。二人一小组上台,一学生根据从教师手中抽的图片表演动作,另一学生用英文猜出动作。Step 4 Production 1.详见英语作业本。2.提升小结
