students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children

个人简历
我叫夏**，一九七四年出生，一九九七年毕业于长沙交通学院公路与桥梁专业，在学校加入了中国共产党，在校期间也多次进行社会实践活动，毕业后先是到廊坊项目，然后是徐州e5项目、邳州d1项目、南昌梨温a2-1项目，我先后担任过普通的试验员、工程部资料管理人员、试验室负责人、工程部长。无论是普通的职工还是部门负责人员，我都凭着强烈的集体主义感情奉献了自己的责任心和事业心。几年的工作使我深深感到机遇和挑战并存，成功与辛酸同在。参加这次竞聘我愿在求真务实中认识自己，在积极进取中不断追求，在拼搏奉献中实现自我价值。
主要业绩
在这次竞聘中我选择的是“质量安全科科长”的职位，质量安全科是我处改革后新成立的一个科室，由于是新的，所以具有挑战，也有很大的充分发挥个人才能的空间。我愿意面对这种挑战，也希望有机会展示自我。毕业后我从事过多种工作，在试验室做过普通的试验 4 / 11
文章来源网络整理，仅供参考学习员、在工程部做过资料整理人员、在质量认证中做过内审员、对九七质量版文件很熟悉，对九七版的认证工作起过有力的推动作用。在试验室做过负责人、在工程部做过负责人，接触过关于施工质量的比较全面的工作，也在这些工作中下过功夫，认真学习和实践过。d1项目试验室，在她存在的二年多时间里，得到过业主和监理的认可和多次表扬，无论在业务上还是在管理、或是处事关系上都让其他项目的试验室惊讶和羡慕;在梨温a2-1项目工程部，无论事多事少都自己解决，没给领导提过条件。我还代管试验室，不论在监理或业主那里受多少委屈都以大局为重，把对外关系处理得比较圆猾，给监理业主留下了很好的印象。在我管理别人的这几年，我悟出了很多做人的道理： 一、融洽自己与手下人的关系，将自己和本部门的人员都融入到这个小集体中。我认为，每个人都有很强的集体主义感，只有给他们创造了让他们为集体奉献的环境，并让他们在适当的时候感受到创造价值实现自我的幸福感和成就感，在d1项目试验室，我和我的同事们达到了一种非常舒服的管理和适应管理的境界，那就是默契和谐。在工作之余，我们共同享受我们的爱好，甚至互相影响彼此的好恶感觉，我们共同对付监理和业主，但是给监理与业主很良好的感受：尊重他们，适时表现自己的个性。我们共同干体力活，在干活时，我招呼一下，马上他们都会响应，从没有让我在该谁干这件事上为难过，而且非常主动，我想这是在我们共同的劳动过程中培养出来的热爱本职工作和热爱我们这个集体的感情。

文章来源网络整理，仅供参考学习 二、提高自己的业务水平，多给别人创造表现的机会。我负责过试验室，在此之前，我基本没接触过此方面的工作，接手后，我凭着极大的压力感和自己的要干一些事的责任感，连续加班加点，也仗着手下的兄弟们帮助，我很快摸到了门路，并进入角色。负责工程部之前，我也只是做过一些资料整理方面的事，对于生产经营是模模糊糊，刚开始，我真是无所适从不知从哪里下手，慢慢地经过自己的领悟和别人的帮助，我也将此项工作做得有声有色。对同事，我给他们明确的工作任务，并适当给他们压力让他们独立解决问题，其时这很重要，有些人喜欢依赖的感觉，有些人喜欢被依赖的感觉，这让他们有轻松感和责任感。每个人都尽量独立地完成任务，日久他们都会产生一种成就感，这有利于他们的积极进取，不断进步。在这几年的实践中，我积累了知识，也领悟了很多为人处事的道理，得到了别人的认可，我得到过三次处优秀共产党员的称号，二次局优秀共产党员的称号。一次优秀工程部长的荣誉。
工作设想
安全质量是企业生存的两大基础，只有基础牢固，才能有其他的经营成果的好坏，我认为安全质量科涉及的工作应该有： 一、安全方面
原有的安全管理涉及的内容比较多，比较杂，是日常工作，应该将原有的工作做细，做深入。比如：施工安全，很多经营成果功亏一篑，完全凭借运气的好坏，不能将主动权掌握在手中。很多施工安全 6 / 11
文章来源网络整理，仅供参考学习中的隐患一直存在，实际上每天我们的经营者都在提心吊胆，在这一方面，应该不只停留在检查扣分上面，我想应该将项目上的安全员切实地利用起来，现在的情况是，项目安全员大多在跑外交，跑征地拆迁或办公室的工作，安全作为附属了，这实际上是本末倒置了，项目安全员不能满足于月末填几张报表，而起不到真正预防的作用，这是很可怕的。我们要将项目的安全人员很好地组织起来，培训并真正发挥作用。按照我们局里规范项目管理办法中“项目经理部施工生产安全设施标准”中规定，在项目成立之初，就将这些处于危险边缘地带的锅炉房、变电室、易燃易爆物品仓库、龙门吊架、预制厂张拉台座等仔细考虑到，并给他们以合适的位置;在施工中，对分包队伍的用电、爆破、钻孔或挖孔、吊装、高空作业等都要给予充分的关注，不仅制订操作规范，执行安全技术交底工作，而且要多跑腿，勤检查，抓落实。真正做到“安全第一，预防为主”。除了原有的工作外，我认为在“职工的职业健康”和“环境保护”两方面应该增加涉及的范围，职工是企业存在的原因和发展的动力，我们的企业要依靠职工，所以，企业职工的身体健康是我们的经营者经常挂在心中的大事，现在情况是由于我们的施工条件比较艰苦，大多数一线施工职工的健康受到影响，尤其是机械操作人员，现在我们进行的qhse管理体系认证工作就在这一方面加强了管理，使我们的职工尽可能地回避这些对身体健康有害的环境，或者创造一个良好的环境，职工为企业生存不计较环境的恶劣，但作为有情管理，我们不能不管职工的健康，所以 7 / 11

二、质量方面
质量经营是一个战略问题，它要求企业经营者树立质量经营战略思想，站在战略的高度用发展的眼光看待质量问题，对企业质量工作进行整体规划，树立以质量取胜的经营理念。作为主管质量的科室，我们深感责任重大，在施工过程中，技术方面有了方案，经营方面也划定了最佳的人、财、物界线，剩下的就是过程控制了，也就是质量的保证过程。怎么样保证质量受控，尤其是现在我们的改革出现了两层分离，原有的技术力量在不断削弱，这是我深深思考过的一个问题。我想从几个方面着手：1是项目各部门的质量职责要切实可行，尤其加强试验和测量两方面的工作，在试验和测量上我们都有相应的规定和要求，在原有基础上不断细化不断量化。
2是强调检查总结的制度，必须定期检查评比总结，并公开检查评比结果，使每个施工队伍都有紧迫感、荣誉感。3是做好质量基础工作，比如器具计量和认证工作。质量已经被企业的管理者重视，我 8 / 11

三、标准的认证方面
没有标准就没有控制，没有控制的事、物、人就难以管理，管理的依据是标准，管理的过程就是标准化，我们现在将要认证的qhse就是通过完善的管理体系达到不断提高产品质量的目的。我们搞认证工作不止是为了取悦顾客，更重要的是改善企业管理更有效率并减少浪费，实施贯标体系的过程就是要每个环节都由人实施，规范人的行为，这样我们的体系才会有旺盛的生命力。在现在的qhse管理体系水平上，我觉得我们的形式多于内容，也存在几个方面的问题：只考虑认证后的方便而不是切实以改善管理为目的;不能要认证时抓得紧不认证时抓得松;支持性的第三层次文件要充足;质量手册要有自己的行业和单位特点。我要努力改变贯标工作在人们心目中的不良印象，使之为我们的企业服务，经过一段时间的运行后，发现我们存在的问题，及时更正，真正为企业的质量、安全、环境服务。从头捋一遍第三层次的文件，这才是我们规范人的行为的准则，必须随时增加完善，我希望以后每提起贯标来大家都有一种自豪感和亲切感，因为她切实可行，行之有效，我们受益了。
最后，我想说的是我是以平常心来参加这次竞聘的，无论竞聘结果如何，我还是我，如果失败，我将一如既往地踏实工作，为集体奉献微薄力量，同时不断完善自己，充实自己;如果竞聘成功，我将使 9 / 11

我是初三四班的，今天，我很荣幸参加学校举办的“励志之星”评选活动，也很高兴站在这里为大家演讲，我演讲的题目是《挑战自我，放飞梦想》。
