Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen.Today，we are gathering here to discu a very hot iue.how to find harmony in a new age between man and nature? 为了全面落实上级关于“学生营养改善计划”的指示精神，进一步加强学生营养改善计划的安全管理，规范操作，根据教育局以及乡总校相关要求，我校该学期于9月3日对全校学生进行开餐，现将该学期以来的营养餐工作汇报如下：

一、学校基本情况

我校1-6年级共有6个教学班，学生308人（教师14人，食堂工勤人员3人），绝大多数的学生是留守儿童，家庭经济比较困难，学校大部分的学生不喜欢吃茄子、红萝卜、紫菜；最爱啃排骨、喝小瓜汤、喝鸡蛋汤。

二、硬件设施情况

为保障学生营养改善计划顺利进行，学校安排了专用房屋2间，即营养餐储藏间及营养餐操作间，并安装了防盗门。购置了蒸饭柜、大型电炒锅、菜盆、炒菜勺、饭桶等炊具。

三、食堂管理措施

1、学校成立了以校长为组长的“学生营养改善计划”实施领导小组，张启俊老师为验收入库员，吉永刚老师为出库发放员，各班主任教师为班级分餐管理员，各成员分工明确，责任到人。

2、学校建立健全了“学生营养改善计划”各项规章制度，张贴上墙，相关责任人加以深刻理解。

3、学校与食堂工勤人员签订了安全目标责任书，认真督促他们

每日将炊具进行高温消毒、每周利用消毒液对食堂周边进行彻底消毒。学校食堂管理人员每天还对工勤人员进行指导和督查，对发现的问题及时解决或上报。

4、要求食堂工勤人员每日要对该天所吃食品进行留样。

三、营养中餐就餐情况。

1、结合我校实际情况，学生每天中午的就餐只能安排在各班教室进行。

2、学生就餐期间、班主任不得随意离开，必须在教室里面组织学生分餐。

3、学校每天都安排各班班主任对其该班学生进行陪餐。

4、对于学生吃剩的剩菜剩饭，学校无回收作为二次食用的情况，而是由学校附近农户回收养猪。

5、每天就餐完毕，各班值日生必须用洗洁精将其课桌摖洗干净。

四、经费管理

1、我校营养餐标准为每餐4元。

2、该学期以来我校没有给学生收取营养餐补助费。

3、我校食堂经费由学校财务人员吉永刚负责管理，校长及全校教师负责监督。

4、学校蔬菜类、粮油类的采购方式均为供应商统一供应。学校每天安排相关教师进行验收并整理入库。

5、学校食堂工勤人员均有健康证，每天着装上岗，每月工资1000元。

一学期以来，学校不定期在学生中发放调查问卷，从而了解学生

所吃的饭菜是否符合口味、工勤人员餐具清洗是否干净等。对“学生营养改善计划”的制度落实情况进行自查，对存在的问题进行及时整改，力求让学生吃得好、吃得饱。争取办让社会放心、让家长称心、让孩子开心的教育。

园巡查，保证校园有一个好的环境。见到学校有其他需要的工作我及时的参与其中，从不说一点怨气，从不给学校找半点麻

回顾本学期的学生营养餐工作，虽然取得一定成绩，但是也还存在不足，比如说我校规模大，学生多，工作量大有时不免工作欠周到，给班主任工作带来了一定的麻烦。在以后的工作中，我要不断总结经验和教训，力争做得更好。

2、加大宣传，积极建档。

为了顺利实施营养餐，我们学校在每一学期开学初召开学生家长会，在家长会上，学校领导向家长们传达学生营养餐的补助政策和学生营养餐的具体做法，让家长们弄清营养餐是怎样一回事，知道是党和政府的好政策，是对学生的关心和厚爱。为了让真正贫困学生享受营养餐，学校组织相关人员对刚进入我校的学生展开摸底调查，把学生中家庭经济条件确实差，如低保户、家庭因遇变故而导致经济困难、患病致残的学生等情况进行汇总。再次，根据教育资助政策，对符合条件的学生填表、上报、审批，并建立名册和台帐。

3、因地制宜，确定模式。

学校结合实际，每周为学生提供五顿营养餐，食堂统一安排在中餐，并制定了供餐食谱，在每周一向全体师生公示。学校严格按照有关食品安全卫生标准及要求，确保食品原料新鲜洁净，做到合理搭配，营养均衡，保证营养质量。

4、强化监督，严格管理。

学校还建立了教师、学生和家长代表组成的监督小组, 校长带头

付费陪餐监督，并实行采购员、验收人、监督领导多方签字审核。学校对营养餐资金的管理，都能做到专款专用，建立财务公开制度，自觉接受学生、家长、社会、上级主管部门和各级领导的监督和审核。

5、严格食品采购制度。

采购的食品必须做到定点配送（有协议），验收时必须实行三方签字（供方、食堂管理人员和值周值日教师）、坚持索证、索票制度，配送的大米（索要合格证）、菜籽油质量必须达到食品卫生的要求，所采购肉（索要免疫证）、蛋、蔬菜等必须每天配送一次，确保新鲜、价格合理。

6、严格要求，按章操作。

学校根据实际，制定了《学校食品安全事故应急预案》、《炊事员管理制度》等相关规章制度。学校落实了供餐验收、储存、组织学生就餐、台帐档案、食品安全等专项制度，规范了食品储藏，加工，分发和食用等操作规程，保证各项工作的各个环节都有章可循。

学校设立专职管理员郑利梅老师，专门负责营养餐所需食品材料的采购、入库、保管、出库等工作，建立好进出台帐，发放登记册。每天检查储藏间食品的数量、质量和保质期，及时剔除过期和变质食品。

学校设置专用的营养餐食品储藏室，实行营养餐接收管理签字制度。营养餐接收人员接收食品必须严格检查产品生产日期和保质期，并做好详细记录，确认食品符合卫生安全标准后，须经交货与收货双方签字方可入库储藏。尤其是留样环节，我校严格按照规定在专用设施内冷藏存放48小时以上，并做好相关记录。
