对于这次获得全球票房突破几百亿的成绩，我倍感荣幸，毕竟这也多亏了在座所有人的共同努力，我们才会获得如此成就。相信大家此时内心和我一样激动。没错，各位，这一次我们在影界打了一个大胜仗！（掌声）
想想我们漫威十年来走过的沧桑岁月吧！在20XX年时，我们只靠卖漫画来维持生计，我们想到了靠电影来赚钱，于是，我们拍了《美国队长》、《奇异博士》等电影，但是票房却非常低，赚不了多少钱。但后来，我们漫威找来了一个人，也就是他，改变了漫威的命运，（全场看上那个人）没错，就是我亲爱的小罗伯特.唐尼（掌声），是他改变了我们的命运。
之后想必大家都知道了吧，我们陆续又出了《美国队长》、《雷神》、《浩克》等电影，也获得了惊人成就，在20XX年，我们集结了这几位英雄，拍出了《复仇者联盟1》，漫威从此走向了灿烂。另外，对于某些英雄的版权问习题，各位没必要担忧，经过协商，我们会以高价买回《Ⅹ战警》，《金刚狼》等的版权，也就是说《复联 1 / 2

我们公司非常荣幸，承接了贵公司企业文化的修订和视觉形象的设计工作，经过近一个月的努力，终于有了成果。今天借这个机会，和浪威各位同仁探讨贵公司的企业文化，同时也是把我们这一个月以来的工作给大家做一次全面汇报。以下要讲的内容分两个部分：
第一是关于浪威装饰的企业文化。
第二将贵公司的VIS，也就是视觉形象识别系统展示给大家。
如果时间允许，我们欢迎大家就所讲内容提出问题，以便共同探讨。
第一我们谈企业文化，首先什么是企业文化？
企业文化是员工的意识形态在企业中的具体表现，反映企业成员共同认可的价值观和逐渐形成的工作态度，又称企业精神。美国劳伦斯等人把美国企业文化的基础归纳为目标、共识、贡献、一体、成效、实证、亲密、正直8种基本的价值观。
简单的讲，企业文化就是认准目标，统一思想。比如说在马路听警察的话，不闯红灯；在单位听领导的话，不迟到不早退；在社会听党的话，讲究八廉八耻。当然这要求是低了点，是为人处世的下限，远远没有上升到文化的高度，文化并不等同于知识，如果知识就是文化，那么最有文化的绝不是人，是电脑。将文章消化叫理解，将知识理解叫境界，有了良好的境界才有正确的判断力；有了正确的判断力，才能形成良好的价值观念。企业文化就是集体的文化境界，需要积累和追求，是企业精神的上限。只有企业中的每个成员建立起共同的价值观，道德规范、思想意识和工作态度，求同存异，才能实现共同的奋斗目标，也就是企业愿景的达成。
企业文化的内容主要有两个方面：
①从内在来说，它包括企业员工的价值观念、道德规范、思想意识和工作态度等；②而外在的表现上，它包括企业的各种文化教育、技术培训、娱乐联谊活动等。今天就是浪威执行企业文化工作的最好表现。企业文化也反映了一种管理方式，它强调企业内部各成员的行为控制，通过价值取向来进行优化管理。前500强已把企业文化当作一种新型的管理工具，凭借这一工具把精心拟订的企业目标和策略变为具体的业绩。
浪威企业文化推演
浪威需要什么样的企业文化 ？
卓越铸就辉煌。只有卓越的企业文化才能达成辉煌的企业目标，毋庸置疑，浪威需要卓越的企业文化。
卓越的企业文化有那些内涵呢？
浪威志存高远，立志打造行业强势品牌，但成功之路并非坦途，所谓雄关万道真如铁，如今迈步重头越。二万五千里长征，首先要的是勇气。因此，浪威需要强大的具有激励作用的企业文化。
浪威创业于当代，成功于眼前。作为企业，获取利润是天职。但浪威在获得自身既得利润的同时，需要考虑相关各方的利益。更多的时候不是直接占有，而是暂时放弃，财聚人散，财散人聚，这是正确而长久的利益观，是智慧的具有强大生命力的价值观。浪威需要具有正确价值观的企业文化。
浪威创业于狼奔冢突、空前激烈的竞争年代，白手起家，艰苦创业，筚路蓝缕，倍感艰辛。但是，浪威人走过来了！凭借自强不息的奋斗精神，浪威人在眼下创造了属于自己的“奇迹”，将来浪威人还将创造更大的“奇迹”。“奇迹”的背后，依靠的是不屈的奋斗精神。浪威需要奋斗的企业文化。
浪威创业的成功，不仅仅是企业家的成功，而且是全体浪威人共同创业的成功；浪威创业史册上永远铭刻着每位创业者的贡献。每位浪威人都应该，并且都能分享到创业的成果。浪威需要分享的企业文化。
浪威专业从事五星级酒店装饰，需要专业的素质和专注的精神，专业专注，行为聚焦，然后才能成就非凡。在今后的岁月中，浪威将会专注于五星级酒店装饰行业，为企业的进步，行业的发展不遗余力。浪威需要体现专业专注精神的企业文化。
浪威在经营活动中，需要社会公众的了解和关注，并得到认同。因此，浪威文化的核心价值观，应该具备更多的公众属性。浪威需要社会公众认同的企业文化。
企业文化是不断发展的，不是封闭和一成不变的，需要与时俱进。只有开放、吸收的企业文化，才能不断发展。浪威需要开放的企业文化。
浪威的企业文化还需要具备包容性，能够广泛吸收世界范围内优秀的企业文化。浪威需要包容的企业文化。
浪威为自己专业从事五星级酒店装饰行业而自豪，因此，浪威的企业文化需要有更多的与行业相关的特定元素的表达。这是属于浪威企业文化的基因（DNA）。浪威需要体现行业特性的企业文化。
浪威企业文化的特征
从上文推演中可以看出，浪威需要的企业文化富有自己的个性特征，同时又具备良好的社会属性。浪威需要卓越的企业文化，激励的企业文化，具有社会责任感的企业文化，具有正确价值观的企业文化，体现专注精神的企业文化，社会公众认同的企业文化，开放的企业文化，包容的企业文化，体现行业特性的企业文化。其中的关键词是卓越、激励、社会责任、价值观、奋斗、分享、专业专注精神、社会公众认同、开放、包容、行业特性。由此才能形成自己的浪威文化。
浪威文化以守法诚信，双赢共进为企业宗旨；以创百年一流装饰品牌为企业愿景；以诚信、热情、团结、卓越、创新为企业精神；以坚持标准，确保品质，优质服务，持续创新为管理方针；以安全，优质，高效，低耗为管理目标。
由此，我们提炼出浪威企业形象的一句核心理念：
“浪威装饰 修润天下”
我们将这句话拆分来看，可以得出以下词组：装修、润饰、浪威天下。显而易见，在这个核心理念中，我们读出了浪威的行业属性，于精工细作中的专业专注的品性，和五星级酒店装饰行业中舍我其谁的自信和气魄。
下面是第二部分，什么是CIS？
CIS意思是企业识别系统（Corporate Identity System，简称CIS）是将企业经营理念、文化内涵及企业精神（Mind Identity，简称MI），通过企业集团对内、对外的行为语言与活动（Behavior Identity，简称BI），以及一整套程序化、系统化、规范化的企业视觉符号（Visua Identity，简称VI）传递给社会大众，具有突出企业个性、塑造品牌形象的功能，是推动企业不但发展的内在动力；是企业产品或服务步入品牌化路线的执行开端，也是体现企业实力的一种重要的无形资产。
目前对于CIS的起源说法很多，最为普遍的说法是：“有人将伦敦地铁标志的设计和运用作为最早的ＣＩ实例。由于地铁是公共设施，有人便将最早ＣＩ实例这一殊荣让给德国ＡＥＧ电器公司，１９０７年著名的建筑家贝伦斯为该公司设计了商标等ＶＩ系统，也有人认为现代CI的始祖应数IBM。”也有一些中国学者提出了他们的看法，认为中国才是世界CIS的鼻祖，中国ＣＩ学者认为古代的酒幌、商号乃至妓院名称、妓女的个人品牌等等都是ＣＩ，而且商业活动早在中国商朝便已有了，其间也有ＣＩ现象。这是一笔糊涂帐，确定世界上第一个ＣＩ案例是很困难的，而且没有多大意义。但是在中国，有一个有趣的现象。那就是千古一帝秦始皇，首先他创立了皇帝这个名词，确立其至高无上的个人形象，他采纳韩非、李斯的法家理论规范了帝国的统治系统，焚书坑儒统一思想，这些是帝国的经营理念和文化内涵，他自号 “始皇帝”，以后是二世三世直至万世，这是帝国愿景。以上是MI。然后书同文，车同轨，统一度量衡，统一货币，设立郡县制等等，这是帝国的行为部分，是BI。最有趣的是，他以祖龙的形象作为自己的标志，定义五形中水为吉，火为害。并将朝臣的服装统一为黑色。这是视觉识别，是VI。他创立的这套皇帝制度在中国延续了两千两百多年。用CIS的方法对其进行衡量，我们发现这套帝国制度的CIS系统才是最成功。
随着改革开放的不断深化，特别是在我国加入世界贸易组织之后，国际强势品牌进驻中国市场，必然形成强大的竞争压力，同时也给中国各行各业带来机遇和巨大的市场潜力。面对未来的挑战，浪威装饰适时推行导入全新品牌的VI系统，有利于构筑统
一、规范、鲜明的品牌市场形象；树立和保持品牌优势；有助于扩大浪威装饰在行业的知名度和美誉度，提高占有市场的竞争力，从而使企业的整体水平上一个新台阶，综合素质有一个新提高，为真正实现强势品牌的发展战略目标，迈出坚实的一步。藉此编印此手册以形成企业整体的VIS规范要求，为企业的CIS更趋统一和完善，为企业的标准化、规范化管理提供有力的依据。本手册是浪威装饰的视觉识别系统（VIS）手册。
